I stopped in for a couple drinks after a long day at the hospital with my brother and was charged $22 each for two basil hayden old fashioned drinks ($44 total). I asked the bartender if that was correct as I’ve never paid that much for that drink before. He quickly said yes, turned his back and walked away. How my experience at Cork and Cleaver Went:The Food: The food was extremely bland, and distasteful. I ordered The Sirloin/Shrimp entrée, with a side of French Onion Soup, and Stuffed Mushrooms as a starting dish. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the soup, and that wasn't anything to rave about. Ambiance and service were both good. Steak and accompanying side of rice were both very bland. Little to no seasoning. Steak was dry and over cooked. Too expensive for such bland food.
