“My Daughter and I went to the Chipotle
On Oakmont in Omaha. It was terrible.
We stood there just the two of use watching every one cleaning at 8:30 at night. Not one of the stopped what they where doing to ask use for our order.
They really need good help on that side of town.
Now, on the other hand we headed over to the Elkhorn location and my goodness.
It was like night and day.
They where also cleaning. But one of the employees stepped right up and took or order. It was the best customer service I've ever seen in a Chipotle restaurant.
Great service great people and very clean.
I will definitely be back to the Elkhorn location.
The location on Oakmont in Omaha needs dier help.
I will go back to that location at the same time in about 2 months to see if anything has changed.
They need help with customer service.
I wish you the best of luck. Please fix this problem.

“What a fun night out to eat at Cheddar's. We opted to belly up to the bar for their famous drink called a pain killer. It's a beautiful drink with a coconut 🥥 rim and cherries. The service from the bartenders was fantastic, so we decided to eat at the bar. The bar is fully stocked and the experienced bar tenders work their magic with their delicious cocktails served strong and tasty. The appetizers were onion rings piled high with 2 different dipping sauces. We also tried the delicious fried cheese curds. The salads were crisp and wonderful. The menu boasts many items for lots of tastes, but we chose the ribeye and chicken fried chicken . We were not disappointed. Everything came out on time, hot, fresh and filling. The presentation was nice, too. The tvs were hosting the football games and the crowd was happy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They knew how to work as a team to handle the crowd. It was packed but enjoyable. We had leftovers.“

“We love Oscar's! Great food and great staff. We especially love the Thai Bourbon char buff wings and their amazing lasagna, but everything else we've tried is equally good. We've never had a bad experience or a bad meal. One of our favorite places. Highly recommend!“

“Cute place with plenty of seating. We were able to make a reservation online and get right in with two adults and a high chair. The waitress we had was very friendly and did a great job answering any questions and explaining the menu. We had the crab rangoons, everything smoked salmon, and 3 sushi rolls…all were delicious. Jay J. was our server and was the best server we've had in years. We had our two littles with us and they tend to make things chaotic, but he was so patient and over the top kind. He also was so attentive, it felt like we had our own personal server. He made our night and we are so appreciative. We just had the best time, and we will be back! Thank you, Jay!“

“We love Dragon Wok! We first tried it 6 years ago and it’s been our favorite spot ever since. Even our 2 and 5 year old look forward to eating here—it’s always a hit with the whole family. The sesame chicken is hands-down one of our favorites—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce is amazing. We always order the steamed pot stickers, crab Rangoon, and chicken egg rolls too. My husband recently discovered the jalapeño chicken and now he can’t stop ordering it—so flavorful and always cooked perfectly. We also love the broccoli beef, pepper beef, peanut butter chicken, lo mein… honestly, everything we’ve tried has been delicious. They also offer different spice levels which is awesome if you like a little kick. And the little things matter too—like the small crunchy ice in the drinks (so good!) and the hot tea they serve when you dine in. It’s very kid friendly as well. They give the kids a little toy dragon after their meal and they have little quarter candy and toy vending machines in the front. My girls have been collecting the little dragons they get for years now. We used to order delivery all the time, but even after moving out of their delivery zone, we still make the drive—it’s totally worth it. Definitely one of our favorite local spots!“

“I contacted the 144th St location in Omaha to prepare the catering for my son's graduation party (140 Chicken Rice Bowls). I cannot express how exceptional the food and service was. Thank you to Billy for making everything easy and preparing everything exactly as I asked. Could not have received better service. I had several comments about how good the food was and where did it come from. This was my third time having Pepperjax cater for an event and has never disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

“I have come in a few random times within the last couple of months or so. Never thought to write a review until I encountered the same lady I did before. She was very professional but very personable and had a great smile for a gloomy day. My order must of taken a little longer than I expected so when she brought my order out she walked up to me, spoke to me by first name and thanked me for being so patient. Between the quality of what I ordered and the lady who I encountered both times, I'll be sure to make more of a habit to go in more often.“

“As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. The server also had a list of celiac safe dips and sauces! Win win.“

“An Omaha staple since 1969. It's nice to see that they are making a comeback. Stopped for lunch through the drive thru, normally I'd dine in due to liking extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich (gets soggy really fast) but I had to get back to the office. The go-to is the #11 aka Royal Treat made the Little Kong way. Instead of soaking the bread they were nice enough to place the extra oil and vinegar in cups and by the time I was able to enjoy my lunch my bread wasn't soggy! Definitely be back again and again. “I had very bad service here from our server and the manager on duty at this location. I had to get my own to-go box and get up and get my grand daughters refill. I was never asked how our meal was. I had to flag our server down to order something to-go and my burger was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and she said sorry and dismissed it. She didn't even offer to remake my burger. For the $85 we spent, it was definitely not worth it. We watched people in our area get good service, but we were barely spoken to. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced“
