“Ok, well always had a bad opinion of this franchise. Y'all upped your game. Server/manager was great. Food was much better than I remember. Swiss mushroom burger was amazing. Place was clean and welcoming. Holy crap. Nice work. Update went tonight, Had the absolute pleasure of having Maria wait on us. I've been in the food service over 25 years. She was amazing. “We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“Anyone from the Midwest knows Runza is a go to in the fast food world and boy are they right! The mushroom and Swiss sandwich and burger are too die for. They have crinkle fries and onion rings but there is more THEY HAVE FRINGS...Fries and onion rings 😉they have dessert options like cones and milkshakes and an amazing strawberry lemonade but come on....$1 .00 cones??? Can't top them at service either! We will call this our must have for life!“

“Ok my order was really wrong when I got home to check it, brought it back and calmly told them what happened, without a blink of an eye the gal called for a refire on whole order. I explained it wasn't all wrong and insisted 3 times she check it. She said it's
ok, but finally I insisted what was wrong to show her, I am not to rip anyone off, finally did she agreed, made it up fresh and quick. I haven't had this great of service at a fast food place in 20 yrs. Kudos to that young manager she did the right thing. If she's not the general manager she damn well deserves to be. “The food was fresh and tasted great, but the star of our experience was our server Matthew. He was outgoing and friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made our day! Make sure you ask for the cold glass mugs if you dine in as it makes your root beer extra cold and frosty. Yum.“
