“I stayed at the lodge three nights for a family reunion. The rooms on the upper floor facing east seem to have the best views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast the last day at Carl’s; it was comparable prices to what you’d get in town and I enjoyed it. Would be interested to come back in the fall and try the rope course and ice skating.“

“Sapp Bros truck stop near I-80 and 144th street in Omaha, Ne at the Coffee Kettle Cafe with my server Kelly.

I had an enjoyable meal of a Home style cafe feel, and warm friendly service. I am loving the new ways that Sapp Bros is having restaurants nowadays!! Check out the fresh made food. I had chicken strips with Real mashed potatos, small side salad, and a slice of lemon meringue pie with sweet tea to drink.

Though next time i will be having the hand-breaded chicken friend steak with real mashed potatoes...😋 Yum!

Be prepared for a good wait tho, not the fastest of fast food, and to be asked to pull up to the side in the drive thru, which seems to defeat the purpose of a drive thru but to each their own. I do wish the cheese curds were more like Freddy’s. Overall good food.“

“Bre was very patient, kind and helpful with us. She heard our grandson repeat crackers when she was talking to another person at the table who need crackers for their crab legs and when she brought those she also brought our grandson some crackers to eat. It was very sweet of her.

Rest assured, they also have the indulgent options for those with a sweet tooth and kids (choc chip pancakes!). “We always get the spicy shrimp as the appetizer. It is awesome! The food was great (& we got there around 5), but the service was not great. We were not done with the appetizer before the salad came. We were still eating the appetizer when the entree came. I asked what they consider medium on doneness on a steak. We were told : "warm pink center". I cut into my steak & it was bloody. I sent it back for more cooking. That was taking longer than expected, so I ate the salad. ( strawberry salad is awesome!) When the steak was brought back, I just took it home.
I had ordered soda for my drink, hubby had flavored lemonade. I still had a lot left in my glass & the waitress brought me another glass of soda. Hubby ran out of lemonade & waitress was not coming around. I told him he could have some of my soda. He put his straw in my new glass of soda & then the waitress shows up with another glass of soda & a lemonade. We never drank any of the 2nd & 3rd soda. Had the waitress asked if I wanted another soda, I would have declined the offer.

The steak sandwiches, cheese potatoes, sweet chili green beans, and salad were spot on and enjoyed by all of our guests. We finished the meal with Dave’s Cakes of Omaha cupcakes, and again savored by all in attendance. Thanks to you all for making our meal amazing! “What a fun night out to eat at Cheddar's. We opted to belly up to the bar for their famous drink called a pain killer. It's a beautiful drink with a coconut 🥥 rim and cherries. The service from the bartenders was fantastic, so we decided to eat at the bar. The bar is fully stocked and the experienced bar tenders work their magic with their delicious cocktails served strong and tasty. The appetizers were onion rings piled high with 2 different dipping sauces. We also tried the delicious fried cheese curds. The salads were crisp and wonderful. The menu boasts many items for lots of tastes, but we chose the ribeye and chicken fried chicken . We were not disappointed. Everything came out on time, hot, fresh and filling. The presentation was nice, too. The tvs were hosting the football games and the crowd was happy. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They knew how to work as a team to handle the crowd. It was packed but enjoyable. We had leftovers.“

I would’ve appreciated the option of whole wheat English muffins, but that issue is the same across the entire chain. The server was very solicitous of my daughter’s specific requests for my grandkids’ menu choices (extra plate to share one adult meal, subbing fruit for their potatoes, extra straws and napkins, etc.).“

“Stopped in on Saturday night the place smelt a little funky but tolerable we ordered drinks the beer was good and cold we ordered the half pound burgers they were also very good ...staff was friendly and speedy ...my only complaint would be the loud mouth couples sitting right in the middle of the bar talking so loud we had to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times I know she felt like her hands were tied to say anything to them but someone in management should have probably said something ....I know we will go back because they had something on the menu we really want to try .“

“My first time here. Honestly the menu here was solid and the food jalapeno cream cheese philly was excellent. Service was solid but it wasn't busy at all there were plenty of tables, I bet this place gets a lot of business. They also started trivia towards the end of our visit. Will be back to try some other things on the menu 20-30 bucks per person with drinks
