“Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.“

“I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries via the drive-thru. Runza has the best fries! You can tell they change the oil in the fryer on a regular basis. The burger never tastes like it's been frozen and looks and tastes like real beef should. The staff were friendly and efficient and easy to understand when going through the drive-thru.“

Our food was done in a reasonable time minus the 5 shakes we ordered, had to request them and waited extra long while they tried to figure out who was going to make them. Then when they started working on them they figured out they were out of mix. Our food was cold by the time we got the shakes. So disappointed in the service.“

“It a restaurant in a gas station, but they have delicious food. The BBQ grilled cheese sandwich is absolutely amazing. The macaroni and funnel cake fries are also really good. If you're wanting a delicious cheap meal, definitely stop here and get some food.

“I had a few issues when I went thru drive thru around 9:30 at nite on Nebraska Parkway and 56 in Lincoln Ne. I waited my turn to order and ordered a 6 pack and pound large size for $1 more with half hard and half soft shells with the okra cooked twice to be crisp with a nacho cheese added as the employee suggested it and reminded me I wanted one also I added a churro to finish my order. Waited my turn to get my order, not a terrible long wait at that time of nite. I paid and the help was friendly and gave me my receipt and said everything on my order was correct, moments later I received my order and I did a quick check to ensure all correct. Well upon arrival to my home to eat my meal I realized I forgot to ask for any sauces so unfortunately my food was just okay as they did not offer any sauces when ordering or paying. Then my second let down was that they forgot to give me the nacho cheese sauce they offered me to purchase for my oles not as tasty but they cooked everything perfectly for my order. I would have given a high 4 for my order but the two mishaps made my revue a 4 instead. I will take partial responsibility for missing the sauce packets as feel they should have offered them. All in all I visit this facility regularly and feel is the best location in Lincoln and things like this happen, so I will return as usual for the food. Thank You for great food ..“

“The fries are the best!! The burgers are good too, but I usually don't feel like a million bucks when I'm done with it. The drive through service wasn't quick tonight, but the lady was friendly. The fries were piping hot, so I was happy I had to wait longer than expected.“

When I called to order are was given to the details of my order and questions of mine were answered thoroughly.A few days before the cake was due the decorator called me to clarify how I wanted the wording on the cake. I was unclear and she made sure she understood how to word it. She did an amazing job decorating the cake and I was very pleased with the final product. Thank you dairy queen for contributing joy to our daughter's wedding shower!When I picked up the cake everyone was polite and quick to assist me!“

Pizza Hut is my go to pizza place but I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I got a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were fresh but the pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours before they served it to us. It tasted incredibly stale and dry and parts of the crust were as thin as and had the same texture as a potato chip. It was some of the worst pizza we had ever had which was disappointing because we usually have great experiences with Pizza Hut.“

“Typical taco Bell food but the building renovation is nice. The last few times I've been in there's been issues with my order.

Parking: It's a small lot but big enough for the building capacity.

“I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. It made my entire day better, so I hope you get to see this and thank you very much!“

“We all loved Slim Chickens. We wished there was some in Omaha. We all thought it was way better than Canes. We liked the 5 tenders+5 wings combo. They have at least 12 or so dipping sauces and wing sauces, which we all like the option to choose what sauce we wanted. Will definitely be back next time in Lincoln.“
