Chick-fil-A in Lincoln

“I have never left a bad review for a Chick-fil-A before. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. there were no employees at the registers. I had to wait around 3 minutes for an employee to come and take my order. There was a young lady brown hair and pigtails that was obviously stressed and overwhelmed but the store wasn't that busy. After I place my order I had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be given to me. The store was very understaffed. It affected the employee's attitudes which are usually top notch. There needs to be a little bit better early morning management at this store.“

“This location has one of the best customer service out there. The workers always have a smile on their face when serving you. The food is absolutely delicious here and the inside of the building is always clean. I have been going to this location for the past 7-8 years and not once had my order messed up. This is genuinely one of the nicest locations I have been too“

“I would like to thank the kind man at the counter who helped me get my mobile order despite not being adequately prepared to do so. He calmly explained why screenshots do not work & found an alternative route that ensure everyone left the interaction with what they hoped. He was a kind soul & I wish him the best.“
