“I'm from Iowa and we had just gotten done taking a patient to Immanuel and decided to stop for some dinner. We parked and I got out of the truck to see if the dining area was open and one of the employees saw me walking and ran up and opened the door! They were super nice and let me order at the counter and I got my food super fast! They told me that the dining room actually was closed but they figured our ambulance wouldn't fit through the drive through. It was so kind of them to still serve me! And the food was great!“
“Ordered online for the first time today. Makes the drive through so much easier because you don't have to wait to get up to the speaker/menu to figure out what you want and take your time customizing your food. If more people did it this way there would be no long line or wait at the drive thru.“
“This is a very busy location yet the service is great and associate attitudes are great as well wait times for your order are very short
I have never had an issue with my order either.
The only problem I have seen is the somewhat complicated access to the location especially if you are walking and are in the nearby lifestyle center that it's attached to.“
