Chick-fil-A in Omaha

“Once or twice a month a get a salad at my favorite Chick-fil-A (Papillion). The salad I got today at this restaurant was full of old soggy lettuce. Was horrible, even smelled bad. Picked out the chicken and threw the rest in the trash. Wasted $10! I thought Chick-fil-A had higher standards. I'll avoid this Chick-fil-A from now on.“

“This is the best chic fil a ever. Not only was the customer service wonderful, and the food was hot, BUT when our car broke down in the parking lot, they did not hesitate to offer help. One of the workers offered us a pair of pliers and another one offered us drinks while we waited for road side assistance. Will 100% return. This will remain my favorite chic fil a of all time.“

“This morning I stopped in for a quick breakfast and ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich and some nuggets. It took about 5 minutes for my food but it's worth it because I know they make everything fresh to order. The the biscuit was flaky on the outside and moist on the inside. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and tender and hot. So were the nuggets. 4 Stars for fresh, hot, tasty food and 1 bonus star for not having one of those pointless "No guns allowed" stickers on the door.“

Go where people know your name…if you know, you know 😉 In all seriousness, they deliver top notch service and cannot thank them enough for feeding three very hungry teenagers! We usually get the chick fil a sandwich and although I don’t like pickles on mine, it’s such a great combo! Thank you, thank you! 😊“

“The quality of people Chick-fil-A employees is an obvious arrow pointing towards what you can expect from the food quality. Chick-fil-a, even when slammed and there are cars going around the block still runs like a well-oiled machine and they get everybody through like clockwork. I have never been more impressed with any food serving chain I have remembered them since 1995 when they used to cater to my high school and now that they have several stores where I live I'm always so impressed by the quality of people that they hire“

“I'm from Iowa and we had just gotten done taking a patient to Immanuel and decided to stop for some dinner. We parked and I got out of the truck to see if the dining area was open and one of the employees saw me walking and ran up and opened the door! They were super nice and let me order at the counter and I got my food super fast! They told me that the dining room actually was closed but they figured our ambulance wouldn't fit through the drive through. It was so kind of them to still serve me! And the food was great!“
