Chick-fil-A in Omaha

“Once or twice a month a get a salad at my favorite Chick-fil-A (Papillion). The salad I got today at this restaurant was full of old soggy lettuce. Was horrible, even smelled bad. Picked out the chicken and threw the rest in the trash. Wasted $10! I thought Chick-fil-A had higher standards. I'll avoid this Chick-fil-A from now on.“

“Chick-fil-A has always provided exceptional customer service, but today they reminded me why they stand out.

I brought my nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, and when we arrived our hearts sank after seeing the height restriction for the playground. We completely understood why the rule exists, but I decided to speak with the manager. After a short, friendly conversation, they showed us incredible kindness and compassion by allowing my nephew to play.

That simple act meant more than they probably realize. In the past, we’ve encountered so many places that were unwilling to listen or show any understanding of our situation. To be met with empathy instead of judgment felt like a warm embrace.

Thank you to the manager and the entire team for treating us with such kindness and respect. Great food is easy to find, but genuine compassion is much harder to come by. We’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll gladly recommend this location to others.“

“I'm from Iowa and we had just gotten done taking a patient to Immanuel and decided to stop for some dinner. We parked and I got out of the truck to see if the dining area was open and one of the employees saw me walking and ran up and opened the door! They were super nice and let me order at the counter and I got my food super fast! They told me that the dining room actually was closed but they figured our ambulance wouldn't fit through the drive through. It was so kind of them to still serve me! And the food was great!“
