“The food was good but they need more employees cause there was a long wait for food an that was the people before me I waited 15 to 20 minutes for my food but I am not complaining about the wait due to low staff but I was missing 2 extra biscuits that were paid for the only reason I gave the atmosphere was 2 stars is because it was very hot inside the lobby“

​Dropped by for some chicken and it was really good, fresh, and hot. The service was fast and the staff was friendly enough. No complaints at all, just a good experience. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.“

“So I placed an order thru the app and I guess some glitch happened. When I got to store I showed my emails showing I not only paid for my food, but paid 3x. I showed the manager Veronica everything. She told me that glitches happen all the time but she was going to try to help the best she could. She got my food to me and told me to call the CS tomorrow when they are open about the triple charge. She was very helpful and sweet. Only down side was the chicken wasn’t as fresh as I’d like it to be but they do seem short staffed so I understand. This was also my first time using the app. Don’t think I’ll use the mobile ahead order again tho.

“Good food and friendly staff here. Probably a superior location to the other Popeyes in Lincoln. The one on n 48th is always doing weird stuff in the drive through and taking too long for a simple order. I've never had to wait too long at this location and the quality of the food is way better.“
