“I live in LaVista so I usually visit that location but it is horrible. It's dirty, the employees are not friendly at all, and they never get my order right. I stopped at this location the other day because I happened to be in the area and it was so much better! The guy at the window was friendly and my food was great!“

“Got done with a couple of tasks later on in the day so we had a later dinner than usual! We decided to sit in rather than eat on the go but I must say the food was very delicious and hot, used to getting Luke warm food in the drive-through. I decided to get spicy chicken this time to see if it's mildly spicy or extremely spicy, not really spicy at all surprisingly! We decided to get hot apple pies for dessert, why not? We're already racking up the calories with this meal as it is so yeah, the hot apple pies were the icing on the cake for me 😊❣️

“I wanted to recognize the older woman working at the front counter during my visit to day 7/15/26 130pm. She was pleasant, professional, had my order ready, and greeted me with a genuinely positive attitude. She made the experience much better than many of my previous visits.

Unfortunately, that's been a very different experience from what I typically receive from some of the younger employees at this location. Customer service is often lacking, and they don't seem as engaged or attentive.

The woman working the front counter set a great example of what good customer service should look like. If she's willing, I think she'd make an excellent trainer or mentor for newer employees because she clearly understands how to treat customers with professionalism and respect. Employees like her are an asset to your restaurant and deserve recognition.

I gave this visit 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm still a little scarred from my past experiences at this location. This visit was a significant improvement, and I hope the excellent customer service I received becomes the standard going forward.“

“Amazing staff. I was in the drive thru and had a klutz moment and smacked my drink into the steering wheel. Soda everywhere. The lady working the window got me a new beverage and a bunch of heavy-duty wipes (I would have been happy with just napkins; definitely above and beyond.)“

“The gentleman they have work in there are absolutely amazing. They are kind considerate. They listened to all of my questions very patiently and we're very knowledgeable with their answers. I only wish that I could still a couple of them to come work with me at my business.“

“I went through the drive through this day and everything I ordered was present in my bag when I got home the cashier at the window and speaker was pleasant as well so I was satisfied with my visit they do a good job at the location on 30TH so grateful to have them in the community.“
