Shay, Rodney and Tina were AMAZING! So kind and helpful. We had to drive from Council Bluffs due to our location being not so great, and they were very helpful! 10/10 recommend!

Went through drive-through ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, Biscuit, and a pie. They had me pull up to a door and I waited for over 20 minutes. They Finally came out Gave me extra fries (which was cool i guess) and the wrong pie. And proceeded to tell me after I ordered that the pie that I ordered was out. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers excellent food, though some customers faced service issues. The drive-thru can be confusing with two windows, causing delays and mistakes with orders. Despite this, the manager tries to make things right for customers. The food itself is delicious and served quickly, with friendly staff. A customer's daughter particularly enjoyed the Mac & cheese, describing it as "melt in your mouth delicious." The manager verified the order and did a great job at getting it fixed, offering a leg while waiting and throwing in some pies. Great customer service and fast fix. The food is great, but always check your food, as they are known for not putting all your food in the bag. The food has been hot and delicious, and the service is great from the employees.
