“Consistent portions that do not disappoint, at least as long as you're in restaurant. Delivery is not as much so, though it's still more often than not that they are on the larger side, in my experience. The people there are always nice as well“

“I have a dairy allergy and notified the crew remember before starting my order. They were so extremely kind and thorough with allergen protocols. Wiping the line down, switching out the utensils, washing their hands, changing gloves and even wrote “dairy-free” on my container.
Very much appreciate this level of attention to food allergies. Didn’t catch the employees name but I visited around 10pm on 9/12. Thank you!!“
“Absolutely incredible quesadilla — hands down the best one I’ve ever had from Chipotle. Everything about it was perfect: the tortilla was cooked to golden, crispy perfection, the cheese was melted beautifully, and every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The balance of ingredients was spot-on, and it genuinely tasted like someone took extra care making it.
I’ve had plenty of Chipotle meals before, but this quesadilla was on another level. It was hot, fresh, perfectly prepared, and honestly one of those meals you wish you could recreate. Huge shoutout to the team member (Aidan Lerch) who made this — they absolutely nailed it. This is what a perfect quesadilla should taste like!“

“Just came in at 8:44pm. I called to ask if they were opened because the doors were locked. They were opened and just had to use the side door. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and had a great conversation with him when I came in. The guy making my food and the cashier were also pleasant. My burrito was delicious. 10/10 the customer service will keep me coming back!“

“I had a really great experience at Chipotle today with my family. We came in around 1100 and were pretty indecisive about what we wanted, but the staff was extremely welcoming and patient with us. Collin in particular was excellent — she rang up our order accurately, asked if I wanted to use my points and the free drink coupon, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The food was fresh and the outdoor patio was really nice and memorable. Great team — nice job!“
“This is my fav chipotle. The workers are always so nice, the steak is cooked perfectly, they’re quick, and I have to say nice again because they are really lovely. I live downtown but if I want chipotle I’m driving to this location.“
