“This is my fav chipotle. The workers are always so nice, the steak is cooked perfectly, they’re quick, and I have to say nice again because they are really lovely. I live downtown but if I want chipotle I’m driving to this location.“

“I had a Chipotle reward and it took like 6 minutes to get it reconciled and for them to enter in the number, meanwhile there's a line forming in back of me and people are understandably impatient. The food was good, a majority of the tables in the restaurant were dirty.“

“I did a large catering order. I walked in the door,gave them my name, couple clicks on the computer and they said here you go. They all carried out the whole to my truck. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Everyone at the party loved the food. Great job, above and beyond, would highly recommend this location.“

“I have a dairy allergy and notified the crew remember before starting my order. They were so extremely kind and thorough with allergen protocols. Wiping the line down, switching out the utensils, washing their hands, changing gloves and even wrote “dairy-free” on my container.

“Absolutely incredible quesadilla — hands down the best one I’ve ever had from Chipotle. Everything about it was perfect: the tortilla was cooked to golden, crispy perfection, the cheese was melted beautifully, and every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The balance of ingredients was spot-on, and it genuinely tasted like someone took extra care making it.

I’ve had plenty of Chipotle meals before, but this quesadilla was on another level. It was hot, fresh, perfectly prepared, and honestly one of those meals you wish you could recreate. Huge shoutout to the team member (Aidan Lerch) who made this — they absolutely nailed it. This is what a perfect quesadilla should taste like!“

“I have a feeling a lot of the 1-star service reviews for this location were made by people who've never had to work a close to minimum wage food service job. Because if they have, they'd know how it is to be in the position of a server or cashier, and that those workers do their best to stay patient and respectful but they don't have the energy or motivation to stay respectful when you're giving them a hard time. I've been to this Chiptole dozens of times and have never dealt with bad service, mostly because I know how to treat workers as human beings. If you show respect you WILL receive it back. Anyways, as for the food, it's nothing to die for but it's usually pretty tasty and I can't complain for somewhere so conveniently close to me. I've only had one experience out of dozens where I've been disappointed with the food itself. This place is reliable and mostly consistent, definitely would recommend if you live near here and are in the mood for some burritos. And don't let the other reviews scare you off, it's not even close to what they make it out to be.“

“I had a really great experience at Chipotle today with my family. We came in around 1100 and were pretty indecisive about what we wanted, but the staff was extremely welcoming and patient with us. Collin in particular was excellent — she rang up our order accurately, asked if I wanted to use my points and the free drink coupon, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The food was fresh and the outdoor patio was really nice and memorable. Great team — nice job!“
