Shout out to the employees at this Jimmy John’s tonight! Y’all were crazy busy with everyone trying to find a place to eat after half of Omaha lost power and you guys powered through, even taking orders after you were supposed to close!
The food was OK but the staff was decidedly unfriendly. When I asked for mustard for a gigantic sub, they gave me 3 small packets and acted very put-out when I requested more.
Fast, friendly, and made to order. I used the mobile app. They called me when an item was out of stock to see what I wanted to replace it. Excellent customer service.
