I went there yesterday when we couldn't get into the Taphouse for lunch with a group of colleagues. It was so good I went back today. Very high quality food, and big portions, delicious. My only suggestion is maybe the name/branding isn't great - I work across the street and walked by many times and just thought it was a cafeteria-style place where I was going to get mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. Had no idea is was a quality 'bowl' place! I've been in three times now, and the food has been phenomenal every time. The bit wrap, the chimichurri steak wrap, and the smoked salmon wrap each blew my mind with the week balanced flavors and freshness.The space itself is well lit without feeling like a laboratory, the kitchen is fully open and *so*clean, and the staff are welcoming and empowered to help, which isn't something you see at all restaurants.I highly recommend stopping by. I tried the Harvest Bowl with chicken, and my friend tried the Salmon Salad. It was delicious and we plan on coming again. If you are a fan of Crisp & Green, I would suggest trying out this place next! Untamed Kitchen has some fun and interesting combinations in their salad/bowls.One suggestion I have is adding information on your website as to where your protein (chicken, steak, etc) is sourced. This could help explain the price of the add-on.
