“My wife and I ate dinner here yesterday. She ordered the Wailea Stew and I the MahiMahi. Both were excellent but the MahiMahi was the best I've ever had. The slight charred flavor and spices made it absolutely addictive. It was so good in fact that my wife traded me. I love curry so the stew was excellent as well but I'll be ordering the MahiMahi next time. Drinks were on the pricey side but I'll be going back soon.“

“We love Mas Chignon! It's a really cool, contemporary restaurant and their tacos and nachos are the best I've found in Papillion. If you get the nachos, be prepared to share! I especially love their birria tacos, but honestly everything I've had here has been wonderful. And one of the best parts - $4 margs!“

“Bre was very patient, kind and helpful with us. She heard our grandson repeat crackers when she was talking to another person at the table who need crackers for their crab legs and when she brought those she also brought our grandson some crackers to eat. It was very sweet of her.

“We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly and personable. We ordered our drinks which were served promptly. We had grilled oysters as an appetizer and they were tasty and tender - best I have ever had. We also had a sweet lettuce salad. I had a lobster bisque which was extremely tasty and had several chunks of lobster - very nice. Not the best I have ever had but I did spend 23 years living on the coast of New England. For entrees my wife had a lobster roll which was excellent and used a butter rather than mayonnaise which she liked a lot. I had trouble deciding among three entrees but went for the blackened catfish and dirty rice. I really enjoyed. The entire wait staff was friendly and came by to wish my wife a happy birthday. Nice touch and very personal. We do a lot of shows and concerts downtown and always combine with a dinner. We will be going back to The Plank.“

“I'm very disappointed that they got in a new batter of some sort that's super light and not very battery. Being gluten free I enjoyed that crunchy thickness and now it's just kind of a mushy cornmeal whatever on the outside that's not anywhere near where it was. Hopefully it'll change back. You really felt almost like it was out of a bag instead of their old homemade feeling thick and crunchy.“

“Went for the first time tonight and had a fantastic meal! My Caesar salad was perfect, and my husband loved his crab chowder. We split an entree and the steak was cooked amazingly well and seasoned just right. Don’t miss out on the crispy cauliflower! Our server Kiki was also delightful. We will definitely be back!“

“Even though, on our first trip there, they accidentally charged an extra $260 to our credit card (on top of our actual bill), because I caught it that same night on our banking app... they were able to make it right. Somebody got a nice sized free meal though... There was no way they could go figure out who walked out without paying. Staff is lovely. The food is amazing and there's lots of fun things to keep you entertained while you have that very short wait for your meal. Everything is nice and clean and there's plenty of parking. This has become our go-to place as we have a permanent campsite just a few miles away now.“

“Steak Quesadilla Perfection!

I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth.

The owners clearly know what they're doing, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shines through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the love in every bite are all top-notch.

If you're a quesadilla lover like me, or just looking for an amazing meal, do yourself a favor and get to this food truck ASAP! Order the steak quesadillas with green salsa, and thank me later. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!

“Food was good for a chain but servings were somewhat small for the prices. The biscuits were a wait each time we asked for more. Restaurant didn’t smell like a good meal or even seafood-had an essence of old building and an older, dark interior .Our server Inque was friendly and tried really hard to give us a good experience. It had been 20+ years since we had been there, probably will be another 20 before we return.“

“Please do not sleep on Sand Point Omaha . My child turned 21 yesterday. My birthday is Monday so we go big for our birthday weekend. They agreed to spend some time with me before their friend time. All they wanted to do was go to Sand Point Omaha for lobster. I apologize for no pictures of the food, but it was so incredible we just dug on each course. We started with the shrimp oreganata, which had the most favorable oregano butter with a touch of lemon. Just a hint, ask for dipping bread and then don't give the butter to server when finished. Save it for your main course, because everything is better with butter. This butter is mind blowing. We also had the lobster bisque, could have more lobster but for $6 you can't go wrong. The bisque is served with a shot of sherry, it elevates this very creamy seasoned bisque. We shared the blueberry shrug, on the specials menu. It was cold, smooth and well balanced. Staff was willing to switch the tequila out for vodka with no issues. Our server didn't skip a beat at any time over the 2 hour meal. Well done Chef. We were so excited for the next course and it did not disappoint. We both had the Connecticut lobster roll with fingerling potatoes. The butter from the shrimp was incredible for adding some extra to the lobster roll. To be honest I may have also dipped my potatoes in it. We also shared the Autumn Harvest coup. This was fall in a glass. Peaches and apples with the right about of cinnamon. We moved to Nebraska 7 years ago and if we are lucky we get home (New Hampshire) once every couple of years. This lobster roll brings us home in a heartbeat. We loved the roll in the food truck, but to sit in their elegant dinning room with comfortable booths is a step above. As we were waiting for our dessert, the Boston cream pie napoleon to arrive. Jonathan arrived for the second time. He began to ask questions about kiddos thoughts on wine. Next thing we know, 8 tasting wines came out with names, locations. We proceeded to rate and taste. Both Jonathan and his business partner Bonnie (his mother) are running an incredible space. The atmosphere and design are a step above. Jonathan makes you feel like a long lost friend. He went above and beyond. Thank you for being a kind and generous business owner. Kurt was an incredible server, made the whole birthday lunch so much fun Chef Shawn is cooking up New England magic. Every bite showed his passion and dedication to creating mindblowing plates of food. Thank you Sir. Please don't walk, run and have an incredible experience with the most amazing meal.“

We had pho just delicious the prices are good for what you get. We also had the sea food combo lobster tails. Love it! Their ice coffee is delicious as well. Despite it being a very busy evening, he saved the day when I booked the wrong date in Open table for 14 people!!! Chef Anthony has clearly honed his craft and deserves all the praise that can be mustered. Prices are excellent considering the quality of food and service. The unimposing facade of the building doesn't prepare you for the quaint elegance inside. You will not be disappointed with your experience here, regardless of which menu item you select. You really can't go wrong letting Chef surprise you with his tasting menu, either.“

I tried the chicken with hot garlic sauce and fried rice, not too shabby. The eggroll was a little too oily for me but I'd eat here again and try their crab rangoons to see if those are better. “A recent review I made: I went to Lutfi's fried fish this weekend. I got the dinner plate, with catfish, and French fries/greens. I also added on sides of their fried okra and potato salad. It was amazing, and enough for two meals! The fish was seasoned so well, as well as the greens. The potato salad was delicious and homemade. The fried okra was the best I have ever had! They have different kinds of fish to choose from, including whiting. I highly recommend you go!!!!! It is a small shop, but you can take it to go, or they do have a small seating area. They also have desserts! My co-worker recommend this place, and they did not disappoint!“

The salads were fresh and tasty, the beef kabobs were moist and tender, and the tea better than you might expect.
Even the prices were modest for such an experience.
The only room for improvement might be slightly speedier service and the men's bathroom plumbing.

“We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“Great new place in Omaha. The spicy tofu bowl is spicy, but delicious! The wonton chips and salsa are a great starter too. My only knock - the Pinot noir wasn’t my favorite but the food, atmosphere, and rooftop bar more than made up for it. I’ll try the mixed drinks next time.
