“I liked the atmosphere and the food was great but our Server James F. was OUTSTANDING!! He paid attention to every single detail. He went above and beyond and had a great knowledge of the menu. We travel for business so when we come back to Omaha we will have to make it a priority to come back and definitely ask for James. I hope Fleming’s understands what an asset James is to their establishment and commend him for his service. He is truly a GEM 💎“

Consistency is also on point which is lacking at many other Omaha steakhouses. Jeremy is an awesome server and goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one. Highly recommend.“

“My experience at Sullivan's was phenomenal. Bailey the General Manager was amazing. She was very hospitable and friendly to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sullivan's. She went over and beyond the simple dinning in for us as we visited the restaurant from out of state. Our waiter David was also amazing! Very accommodating and always on point!!! “Unexpected visit tonight and it was very enjoyable. Jess was our server and she was great ~ friendly and efficient. Food was well prepared ~ ribeye and sirloin. Always love the bread and salads too.“

“The environment was great. It wasn’t super loud. Our waitress Shelby was very friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. They did mess up my fillet which was supposed to be medium, but it came well done. David came by to apologize and reassuring us that they were fixing the mistake. We had told him that it was our five year anniversary And thought we would go there for the first time. The customer service I felt was exceptional. They even gave us a card with signatures for our five year anniversary, which was very touching that they were thoughtful enough to do that. I would highly highly recommend. Such a great experience from start to finish. Now I cannot wait to taste the desserts that we took to go.“

But even more, I want to thank them for an extraordinary gesture: I was just visiting for the weekend, and I forgot my purse there. I emailed them, explaining I had a flight the next day at 5 p.m., and knowing I wasn’t local, they kindly opened before their normal hours to return it. That kind of empathy, along with the amazing food, is unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with soul, quality, and people who truly care about their guests, this is the spot. Absolutely recommended!“

“Me and my husband come to 360 every year for our anniversary and it has been amazing every-time. The lobster Mac and cheese is top tier. This year Sarah the bartender provided us with the best experience and made delicious and entertaining drinks! 10/10“
