Usually when I come through there’s a girl, Hannah at the window. I haven’t met anyone as sweet and polite at this location and I wanted to make sure her patience is recognized. So many customer service employees just act so miserable and like that part of their job doesn’t matter anymore but she makes sure she’s leading with kindness every time and I love to see it. “My girlfriend is vegetarian and when I asked if they had vegetarian runzas the girl manager said that all vegetarians are are going to hell and I was too fat to be eating at runza anyway. I would not go back.

“Our family just went through the drive-thru and got our usuals. As always, the service was awesome, however, my cookie dough blizzard tasted different. Definitely a change in the cookie dough from before. Not only was it tasteless, but no chocolate chips. Did something change?“

“My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal and had a wonderful experience. I had an orginal Runza and he had Swiss cheese Runza, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well lit. There was handicapped accessibility both inside and out. Again we had a wonderful experience.“

“I have been going to this Taco John's since our office moved to Bellevue and I will keep going there No Problem. They are as friendly as can be and they are super fast almost getting me back to work too fast, I always eat in their dining room. Good Food Good People what else can you ask for.“
