“I had the pleasure of visiting for the first time for brunch today, and I can confidently say the service was amazing! Our waitress was phenomenal—I'm so sorry I don’t remember your name, but I truly owe you more for making the experience so memorable. Highly, highly recommend this place! The food was absolutely astronomical, and the drinks were perfect. The coffee was out of this world, too—hands down the best meal I've had in a long time. The overall atmosphere was so comfy, cozy, and relaxed—it’s the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I tried Taste of Heaven for the first time at the Nebraska Enterprise Fund's Juneteenth celebration. I had the catfish and it was wonderful! Some else had catfish and ribs and said they were both great. After you order they give you "pager" the lights up when your food is ready. That was great as I was able to walk around and enjoy the event while waiting.“

“Found this place while traveling to visit family. Steak was better than the steakhouse ones. Sides were amazing. They have fresh brewed flavored iced tea. Servers were friendly and very responsive to needs. Atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant is very clean.“

“Just a quick note to highlight our great dining experience. Last night, we had the pleasure of celebrating my father-in-laws birthday (around 530PM) at Charleston's Restaurant near Boys Town. Just want to brag on our server, Tommy for a bit. His energy, enthusiasm, friendliness, humor, and service was second to none. Oh, by the way, the food was delicious, too.“

“That looks delicious ? I was in on saturday the 21st 2023 my son kept telling my mom you have to try this place so him and I did on sat. I am a big soup snob I love soup it's one of my favorite things to eat. I got the beef brisket tex mex soup and I WAS BLOWN AWAY! This was the best soup I have ever had! I wish i could order it by the gallon. I also had the bang bang chicken sandwich The very first thing I noticed is that the sandwich looked exactly like it does in the picture...absolutely beautiful the presentation was so impressive. I have never ever been anywhere where the food comes out looking the way it is advertised. This sandwich was amazing! The fries were perfectly done and everything was hot. I cannot rave enough on how delish this meal was it is now my go to place .The service was great very friendly people I can honestly say that this is the best resteraunt I have ever been to and I cannot wait to go back“

“We had an extended family celebration in the party room with 22 people and had a great experience. The room was a great size and we were really comfortable in there. The service was top notch. The manager was great to work with and I really am glad I chose Charleston’s. Our food was delicious. Highly recommend the shrimp cargot, the Caesar salad, and the special filet.“

“We came for the Mother’s Day brunch and it did not disappoint! We had the stuffed French toast, crab cake eggs Benedict, and moco loco. Everything was so delicious! “5 stars to our server Lindsey! She was fast and so friendly! The food was amazing and came out quick. (we love the lobsterchops! Which was a recommendation.) Also shout out to the manager Chelsea who came out and check on us to make sure everything was perfect. This was a 5 star experience and i can't wait to repeat it very soon!“

“Loses a star for service for charging a fee to use a credit card, otherwise service was prompt. Historically, businesses built swipe fees into their pricing, which is how it should be. Instead, businesses are starting to charge a 3%+ fee to use a credit card and profiting off the fees because the average swipe fee is less than 2% so that extra percent or so is pure profit.
Otherwise, not a bad little bar although it was hot inside. I ordered the French dip with tator tots and asked for extra meat and they delivered. The sandwich itself was delicious and the tator tots were, well, tator tots. Ordered a long island and it was ok, not the best I've ever had but definitely not the worst.“

“Incredible. I’m shocked to see 4.2 stars and I almost skipped the place because of it. Wine selection by the glass is great, was surprised for this city. Oysters were different but very good. They have me complimentary corn bread that was hot, so good and so cute. Butter with salt on it was amazing. Stand out is you have to get the short rib in my option. Very impressed.“

“I love Block16. One of my first times eating here I ended up eating lunch right next to Chris Stapleton when he was touring in town, so you know if famous folks are TOLD to go here, you know it's good.
We ordered a pretty large / catering-sized order for our office of about 30 people ahead of time and they made it really easy for us. I'm not sure if it's something they would always do, but their attention to detail, organization, and overall customer service in addition to just HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS -- it's worth navigating all the construction downtown right now.

“great menu but Maddy is the one that rocks the bar and gives the experience! in town for the college world series and our first time. she answered all the questions and did it with a warming attitude. we couldn't have asked for more during our meal. she also crushed the service bar and I hope her tip out reflects the effort she puts in. from one bartender to another great job“
