“I ordered a pizza to pick up at 8PM, but I wasn't able to make it there until 8:30PM. I called as I was pulling into the parking lot and was given the manager on the phone who told me "we closed at 8 and have already counted our drawers for the night" I replied saying that I thought they closed at 9PM and she said "no, we changed to winter hours months ago" I then proceeded to tell her I was already in the parking lot and then the manager quickly hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried to call back several times and no answer, even though the voicemail they have setup kept answering and the recording even states they are open until 9PM. Their Facebook also states they are open until 9PM as well as Google. My question is why did you guys not say that you close at 8PM when I made my order at 630PM to pickup at 8PM? I think that would have been pretty important information to disclose. How else would I know you guys close at 8PM if your voicemail, Facebook, and Google all say you close at 9PM? I'm really disappointed in the way the manager handled this and probably will not return as a customer. My entire family and myself, and alot of close friends have eatin here ALOT and ordered pizza to go several times throughout the years and have never been treated So rudely before. Maybe it's the new management?“

“Awesome pizza especially if you like thin crust. They will also do two pieces just the way you want it. Very nice for my daughter that is lactose intolerant. She said it was delicious. The bread they give you with your meal is amazing!! The restaurant itself is awesome. Has an old feeling but very nice. Lots of beers to choose from as well.“

“We went to Patty's pub January 11 for my daughter's 14th birthday with my folks and one of her friends. We had an absolutely awesome experience all due to an incredible server. It was a young man who was tall work glasses. I kept trying to catch his name, but he was lovely what he did he did not have to write our big orders down and everything was perfect. ! Food was great ! But we all honestly said that server that we had was the best server we ever experienced from start to finish. He made a wonderful evening. !! Thank you ! I'm updating my post because I went there today (1/10/26) and the staff was so nice! When I asked the gentleman that made my pizza if they still had vegan cheese and protein he told me that he moved it away from the meat and at the end by the vegetables because he thought that made more sense. And you know, it does! I like that there's no risk of meat or regular cheese dropping into the containers which happens a lot at other places similar to this. He was also kind enough to ask if I wanted him to use different gloves. I thought that was really nice of him to ask! I'm vegan but I don't like to make a fuss about it so I'm always so impressed when people go out of the way to be considerate and cautious of potential allergies! All of the staff were fantastic today and it makes me want to go here more often. While I was waiting for my family to get done ordering I talked to another staff member and her customer service was the best. She made this introvert want to continue talking to her which is a true talent because I usually feel awkward with stranger small talk. I added a star because of the staff!“

“This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Valentino’s! The main person working that night, Jarrod, made the whole experience 100% worth while! He kept me informed of where the order was the entire time and did an excellent job of managing the constant flow of customers while also preparing food!“

“My first visit to this Little Caesars was actually pretty good. The pizza was hot, the staff was quick, and everything felt like it was running the way it should. I left thinking, “Yeah, I’d come back here again.”The second visit, though… dreadful. Orders felt chaotic, the wait was long, and nothing seemed to be going right. At one point, things got so unreal that there was a plant on fire right there in the restaurant, flames reaching up like the place had completely lost control.

Turns out the second visit, the chaos, the fire, the burning plant, was all just a dream. In reality, the place was fine, and the plant was still calmly sitting by the window. Honestly, it’s a nice little decoration. 🪴🔥

“I placed an order for a heart shaped pizza earlier this week. the employees on the phone were very helpful and even were accommodating when I called mid week to change my order. I came in on valentine’s day and while I was waiting for the employees to finish boxing up my order a very rude customer came in. it was disheartening to see a grown adult speak so rudely to a crew of teenagers. however, I’m leaving my review to say that they handled the situation very professionally. thank you for a perfect v-day dinner valentino’s! and I hope Karen had the valentine’s day she deserved.“

“Stopped in recently for dinner at 44th & 0 St. Ordered 2 cheese steaks and cheese bread and Omg!!! It was just like they used to make them. Full of meat, cheese with fresh vegetables. When everyone eles is doing less for more, this is not the case at Davincis. The people working there were great! So nice and brought our food to us at the table. And the cheese steaks were amazing!! “Valentino has a lot of history in our family. My Mom and Dad met in Lincoln. I was born there in 1962. They had dates at the original Valentino's. The historic atmosphere is certainly not the same but it's what is left. And their pizza is still pretty good.“

“ordered a couple appetizers for carry out for lunch today. pretzel bites, mozzarella wedges and the net nachos. it was ready super fast and great serving sizes! the waitress took the time to label all the to go boxes with what was in each and left a sweet thank you note. will definitely be back!“

“So I see a lot of bad reviews from a year or two ago but I’ve been ordering from here frequently and never have a problem but today the GM WAS IN STORE and took my order, I specified no mushrooms twice and it came with mushrooms. Mind you the GM also made my order. The receipt says no mush in red. Just wanna say to the guys at the store thank you for remaking my food and I wouldn’t even be posting this review if my hoagie wasn’t picture perfect I think these guys should get the GMs next raise“

“I order from toppers occasionally and I usually order during the day. Rhonda is always polite and very helpful with explaining the specials. She even suggests things that I don't think of and new items like the ice cream. Excellent service every time!!“

“I went into fazolis last night and this beautiful woman named Marie was the cashier that took my order she was sweet polite and was smiling the whole time even when giving me my food she made sure i didn’t run out of those delicious breadsticks and i think she dis a wonderful job by greeting me when walking in the door and when leaving i tell u fazolis has some of the best staff around other places are usually rude and trying to rush u through ur meal but not Marie she actually had conversations with me while cleaning tables So Great Job“
