WHAT?! NO FRAPPES ..NO ICE CREAM...NO SUNDAES. DID YOU GET RID OF SHAKES AND MC FLURRIES TOO? FRAPPE WAS MY GO TO FOR MANY MANY YEARS. IT WAS THE ONE THING I ENJOYED SINCE YOU CHANGED THE FRENCH FRIES AND CUT THE FISH SANDWICH DOWN TO HAPPY MEAL SIZE. BAD MENU CHOICE DECISIONS CREATES CUSTOMER LOSS. THANJ YOU FOR REVIVING THE CHICKEN SNACK WRAP!
I experience this time was horrible. The general population uses the drive they because it’s quick and on convenient and gets them to their appointment on time.. I ordered my food which I have the receipt and it was ordered at 0828, I didn’t receive my order until 842. That is ridiculous as I only had one order of hot cakes and the burrito meal, 2 large drinks. I saw to many people working in the drive thru making drinks to go rather than the drive orders as it was backed...read full review

McDonald's offers a very nice experience, with good service and friendly staff. Although some customers have faced longer wait times and cold food, the restaurant is known for being big, clean, and fast. The consistency in service across different branches is commendable, with a few exceptions where employees do engage with customers. Customers appreciate the effort to improve service quality. The drive-thru experience can feel typical, with staff just going through the motions, but there are pleasant interactions, like the young man working the drive-thru. The restaurant also features fresh food, friendly service, and an adequate atmosphere supported by self-serve electronic ordering. It is wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated entrance and tables for diners in wheelchairs.
