“As someone who grew up in Northeast Lincoln, I was excited to learn that two new coffee shops opened in the area, and decided to try this place when I was visiting. I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly, the drink delicious, and the environment suitable for reading, working, or studying. I will definitely come again when I’m in town!“

“I absolutely love Caribou coffee! They make follow through every time and I've never had a poor experience here. They're prices are very reasonable compared to many other chains out there and that sets them apart, plus they have daily specials! The drinks are consistently amazing (unlike scooters and Starbucks) and there's plenty of drinks to choose from. On top of that every person who works here is an amazing person and I hope they see this because I've never had a bad interaction with a worker here, sometimes they even make my day. Keep up the amazing work and amazing coffee!!!“

“The coffee is always good but they were training a new employee today and as a manager at another company I appreciate how well the trainer coached and jumped in when needed and jumped straight back into coaching it was a well structured cohesive partnership that was done very well. Wanted to send kudos to both baristas that were working today.“

“It's always a great place to visit, but during the final week and with the free chancellor coffee, I hope he gave tips to the employees or made that part of the deal because they are working extra hours and they looked tired due to the sudden huge increase in orders during the final week.“

“After getting my drink, I proceeded to immediately drop it all over the floor. A full drink. The employees helped me clean up the mess and the manager (?) replaced the drink for me, even though dropping it was my mistake, not theirs. It made my day!“

“Ignore the bad reviews from people that willingly stand in a line just to then complain about said line. This is the only Starbucks in at least a 30 mile radius, if not more, in a small city in a rural area. Yeah, there's a line sometimes. Drinks are always perfect. Employees are quick and friendly.“

“This was my second time at this location and it was terrible. I went to the drive thru and the person working seemed to be in a huge rush and very short with us. (There were no cars behind us or even in front) When i got to the window she said $20 very snappy and not even a hello. I politely asked if she had change for $100 and she slammed the window and walked away. Came back and told me shes not sure but to give her the money and she will try to figure it out. After she slammed the window again we waited 15 mins for a burrito and were given the wrong drink but i didn't complain since she was already very rude. Im not sure we will ever be back.“

“Always a good experience here, but the parking lot is literally a nightmare if there’s people in the drive thru. I waited 20 min just to get out of this parking lot, which made me late for work. Maybe I should’ve left earlier? Still, the parking lot is just small.“
