I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“

“It's a Dunkin inside a convenience store. My orders are always correct and it's pretty quick. The woman who helped me order went above and beyond and helped me figure out how to put cash oh my kids Dunkin app which frankly was bothering me for a while so thanks.“

“Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting.
There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware.
I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both.
If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.

Waffle cones only.You can bring five groceries up to this register, but, they don't have a scale so you can't purchase produce through this register.Good service. Inexpensive ? ice-cream that tastes good ?.Update: Sunday morning ?, August 2022; Maple ? frosted donut tasted okay and it was bigger than a Dunkin' donut. I liked the coffee ☕. “I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when i went to grab my order, noticed that the staff made a small mistake. On the app, I put NO cheese under the loaded hashbrowns, but they still added cheese. I understand that sometimes it can get busy and in the moment, you don't pay full attention to what is on the order, but I think it pays off to slow down just a tad and reread what is on the slip you're reading off of. there was another time I ordered a frozen triple mocha coffee and the staff didn't know that it existed. I find that a little strange considering that the frozen coffee was also on the app at the time I had ordered it“

“I really wish they could make my latte correctly because I really like using this location; it’s conveniently located, the staff is extremely friendly & eager to assist you & it’s always clean. The drive thru is quick, don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 5 minutes start to finish. But every single time I go there my latte is AWFUL! What I get is pretty simple: Lg Iced Latte with Caramel swirl, liquid sugar & whole milk but it was never made correctly whether I ordered through the app or in person! It’s either way too strong, they allow the espresso to melt the ice by putting the ice in first & pouring the espresso on the ice melting the ice & watering it down so you get a lukewarm watered down latte, the wrong flavor was used or regular sugar instead of liquid. One time I was given whole milk, caramel swirl & liquid sugar- NO ESPRESSO!! Regardless of what is wrong with it…. it is always wrong. These drinks are almost $7 so I want it the way I want it. I don’t go there anymore but my boyfriend will go there sometimes & I always know he did…. cause it’s wrong!!“
