“I stopped in on the evening of 4-25-25. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady who was working was awesome! She was friendly, professional, and hard working, excellent service with a smile! ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Give this young lady a raise, she deserves it!
UPDATE: I spent the weekend here at the truck stop and interacted with this young lady several times. Her name is Kianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she is absolutely amazing. She has a good heart and a kind soul, and this world needs more people like her. I was having a really rough time, having just lost a loved one, and she was sympathetic and kind. Thank you Kianna, you made my world a better place just knowing there are such good people out there.“

“I ordered a bowl that I thought had no added sugar due to a special diet I am strictly following, and after they made it the manager asked if I had been informed the base I choose did In fact have added sugar, which I had not been. She offered to remake it with the green base with cashew milk and make sure there was no added sugars in my bowl. Everything she did for me, was very appreciated and I love that I can go to Playa and treat myself while sticking to my plan. Thank you Playa!!“

From the boutonnieres and bouquets to the arbor and ceremony space, they were exactly the style we had worked with the team to develop. I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". “The flavor choices are ENDLESS. Ok, maybe not technically endless, but I'm still trying different flavors and combinations 8 years later. I love a sugar-free rush with amaretto. I also tried some amazing iced Irish Cream deliciousness recently. The baristas are super friendly and are always great for recommending new drink ideas. Noelea is my top favorite drink connoisseur at Aroma Joe's. She has whipped me up some questionable flavor combos that have turned out to be absolutely delicious every time. The Cajun hashbrows are a snacky snack MUST!! For a warm drink, on a crisp fall day, get a large London Fog two tea bags. Chef's kiss.“

“Being tourists in the area, we didn't realize Aroma Joe's was a drive-thru-only. Therefore, no restroom. We didn't buy any coffee, but they were helpful & friendly giving us directions to places that would have a restroom.“

“By far the best Dunkin’s I have gone to. The staff are friendly and courteous! Orders are always done how it is asked. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“

“A rare find in a city that otherwise looks like a graveyard with zombies walking around. The person working there was professional and made a great energy bowl for me. Service is slow and backed up because customers order before they go in for their workouts.“

“I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. I would much rather get a good iced coffee, and go the complete opposite direction. Versus wait in-line at eddy road dunks for the same time if not more, for a terrible coffee and terrible customer service“

You guys and gals of course deserve a shout out for putting up with what you deal with on a daily! “I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when i went to grab my order, noticed that the staff made a small mistake. On the app, I put NO cheese under the loaded hashbrowns, but they still added cheese. I understand that sometimes it can get busy and in the moment, you don't pay full attention to what is on the order, but I think it pays off to slow down just a tad and reread what is on the slip you're reading off of. there was another time I ordered a frozen triple mocha coffee and the staff didn't know that it existed. I find that a little strange considering that the frozen coffee was also on the app at the time I had ordered it“
