“I stopped in on the evening of 4-25-25. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady who was working was awesome! She was friendly, professional, and hard working, excellent service with a smile! ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: Give this young lady a raise, she deserves it!
UPDATE: I spent the weekend here at the truck stop and interacted with this young lady several times. Her name is Kianna (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she is absolutely amazing. She has a good heart and a kind soul, and this world needs more people like her. I was having a really rough time, having just lost a loved one, and she was sympathetic and kind. Thank you Kianna, you made my world a better place just knowing there are such good people out there.“

“The folks at Apotheca created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding, far and above anything we could have dreamed. From the boutonnieres and bouquets to the arbor and ceremony space, they were exactly the style we had worked with the team to develop. She offered to remake it with the green base with cashew milk and make sure there was no added sugars in my bowl. Everything she did for me, was very appreciated and I love that I can go to Playa and treat myself while sticking to my plan. Thank you Playa!!“

She knows the customers and their orders and she is just amazing when she is in the drive through! She keeps things going!“

“The flavor choices are ENDLESS. Ok, maybe not technically endless, but I'm still trying different flavors and combinations 8 years later. I love a sugar-free rush with amaretto. I also tried some amazing iced Irish Cream deliciousness recently. The baristas are super friendly and are always great for recommending new drink ideas. Noelea is my top favorite drink connoisseur at Aroma Joe's. She has whipped me up some questionable flavor combos that have turned out to be absolutely delicious every time. The Cajun hashbrows are a snacky snack MUST!! For a warm drink, on a crisp fall day, get a large London Fog two tea bags. Chef's kiss.“

Great listeners. We like there Online ordering. With drive thru pick up. How can you say No to Bacon, Egg and cheese. On Croissant. LoL.Or Bagel with Cream Cheese. So good. “You have an employee here… A young man with a mustache and goatee. He is friendly, nice, and provides excellent service. He deserves recognition! I wish more people were like him a drive-through’s.“

“I don’t know who trained these baristas, but they’ve clearly formed some unholy pact with caffeine deities. Every time I try to quit, they smile at me like I’m a long-lost friend and hand me a drink that tastes like emotional stability. Rude.

Let’s talk about the vibes: peaceful indie playlist, comfy chairs, and the scent of toasted ambition wafting through the air. Disgusting. I come here to suffer in peace, NOT accidentally heal.

And DON’T get me started on the drinks. I ordered something I couldn’t pronounce — it tasted like cinnamon, nostalgia, and bad decisions I didn’t regret. My wallet cried, but my soul said thank you.

Also: who told them to be so nice? I’m trying to be moody and mysterious, and they’re over here remembering my name and how I like my oat milk frothed “just a little on the hotter side”

Honestly, zero stars for making me feel seen and caffeinated.

“I go to this location almost every day and 98% of the time my iced coffee is exactly how I like it. If there’s a line, I’m not in it long. I do order on the mobile app ahead of time for pick up to make it easier. This location is 20 minutes out of my way and I pass the Dunkin’ Donuts on eddy rd to get to this one. I would much rather get a good iced coffee, and go the complete opposite direction. Versus wait in-line at eddy road dunks for the same time if not more, for a terrible coffee and terrible customer service“

“By far the best Dunkin’s I have gone to. The staff are friendly and courteous! Orders are always done how it is asked. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“
