“It's a lovely little place! Too hot for the garden on the day we went, but the menu has lots of drinks and sweet treats. I'd definitely go with the teas over the fruit smoothies. The scones are amazing! The menu also has some gluten-free options too.“

“I was amazed when I walked into this dunkin and a man named Dylan was helping me with drink order. He is one of the most knowledgeable and respectful people I have ever been in contact with. He is also my ex’s brother but still puts on a show with hips while making my drink. Whenever I having a bad day I know I can just go to Dunkin where i’ll find Dylan and make all problems go away. I truly wish the best for him and his dog Rex. Amen“

“My favorite coffee shop in the area, and it's walkable from my house! I've never had a bad drink here and also love their breakfast sandwiches. It's also my toddler daughter's favorite spot—she always asks if we can go to "her" coffee shop! She loves a kid's hot cocoa and a blueberry muffin, and will happily play for hours upstairs with their play kitchen. Win-win for mama and kiddo! This is one place I always recommend people visit if they're in the area, and it never disappoints!“

“I can not say enough good things about this place. There have been days where I treat myself when I'm having a particularly bad day. One day, I was so down and stressed that the girl gave me my order and said "your loved, and you matter." Instant tears. But really made me feel better. The drinks are ALWAYS spot on and amazing!!! “We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! We’d love additional recommendations cause there’s just so many to choose from we don’t want to miss the best ones!!! Thank you for the care and attention to detail you put into every bag of coffee and K-cup (your variety packs make for excellent Christmas gifts!).“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. “It is a beautiful Great place to sit down with friends, Family, relatives and everything above. This is for everyone to enjoy Snacks, Come for a nice cold or warm Beverage. There is also an beautiful outside porch out in the back with a couch and table and tables. So you can enjoy your time being outdoors with snacks, Beverages and so on. Plenty of space inside with tables as well. It is also a gift shop with a lot of gifts to give For the Holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, new Years Eve, 4th of july and, nice warm house gifts and birthday’s so on. I really recommend it and it is a safe place and a safe environment for all of you to enjoy. You are more then welcome to donate as many as you can.“

“I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. My cashier Mike was able to give us two new, freshly toasted bagels. Great person! This dunks has always been reliable and quick. 5 stars! Thanks again, Mike.“

“this Dunks is by far THE WORST Dunks I have ever been too! never get the orders right the staff on the night shift is a joke and insanely RUDE! when you tell them they got the order wrong they act like it's YOUR fault and not theirs! some of these younger kids need to get fired and replaced by people who know how to make coffees and deal with people. also charging 50 cents for whip cream is a joke I don't know any other Dunks that are doing this. for 50 cents they better fill the whip cream up to the dome hole. what a joke this dunks is. completely pathetic and doesn't compete to the surrounding Dunks. would rather drive the extra 15 mins to Milford Dunks. . I would give a -★ if there was an option.“
