“The maneger is a very hard worker always on the go place is very clean at all times and is always polite to her staff the little that she has it seems honestly like she sleeps there I go there 7 days a week and some times 2 to 3 times a Day and it doesn't matter The time I always see the manager there I really Hope the owners take Care of her I because honestly this place is super clean since she has talking over as manager I'd say about a Year ago this place has come a lonngggg Way and one of the cleanest Dunkin donuts that I've seen in a long time and I have been to a lot of Dunkin's from mass down by the cape all the Way up to New Hampshire and Maine and Vermont but as long as she stays manager I'll keep continuing to go there“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. “I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. “this Dunks is by far THE WORST Dunks I have ever been too! never get the orders right the staff on the night shift is a joke and insanely RUDE! when you tell them they got the order wrong they act like it's YOUR fault and not theirs! some of these younger kids need to get fired and replaced by people who know how to make coffees and deal with people. also charging 50 cents for whip cream is a joke I don't know any other Dunks that are doing this. for 50 cents they better fill the whip cream up to the dome hole. what a joke this dunks is. completely pathetic and doesn't compete to the surrounding Dunks. would rather drive the extra 15 mins to Milford Dunks. .
