“I was amazed when I walked into this dunkin and a man named Dylan was helping me with drink order. He is one of the most knowledgeable and respectful people I have ever been in contact with. He is also my ex’s brother but still puts on a show with hips while making my drink. Whenever I having a bad day I know I can just go to Dunkin where i’ll find Dylan and make all problems go away. “I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. “Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind.
