“Best find in Dover, it’s like Thanksgiving and Christmas all rolled into one. If you’re lucky enough to get a seat you have to try the gizzard appetizer. Not frozen but fresh. They truly honor our pilgrim heritage and stick to time honored cooking techniques. If you are visiting Dover, make sure your check this place out.“

“GREAT niche place to get a quick, delicious bite. The vibe, aura, and cleanliness is as great as their food. I love the "Secret Sauce" which they sell in a small bottle. Curiously though, the bottles only have a label identifying it as "Secret Sauce." I'm pretty sure that that is not quite legal. To sell food products to consumers, state and federal laws require that the product be labeled with it's ingredients and if it's a commercial enterprise like a restaurant, it also needs to be independently tested for safety. Even small-time, farmers market and craft show sellers know that they have to list the ingredients. Cheese Louise's Secret Sauce not only does not list the ingredients, but it doesn't even tell you if it needs to be refrigerated! I suspect it does since it does have some mayo component to it. CL needs to fix this sooner rather than later. I love this place and would hate for them to get into trouble for this basic oversight.“

Our drinks were great - we had many, but for me the most memorable thing is Jeff changed my mind about Vermouth. I have had many, the Leavitt makes a good one, but Jeff introduced me to one I could sip straight. Cocchi Storico from Italy. I LOVE it when a bartender opens a new avenue of exploration for me. This bar also has a great community and we enjoyed talking to the bar tenders and a variety of locals. What a great atmosphere. Dram, you are killing it. We'll be back Summer 2025!“

“oh wow... what a find! We were looking for a seafood restaurant when passing thru the area and the name caught our attention. We had an amazing dinner! We both chose the seafood fettuccine, which was heavenly - incredible pasta and sauce topped with succulent seafood. Desserts were lavender creme brulee and white chocolate cake...Holy cow! Dinner and service were both top-notch.. and we can't wait to return!“

“This is one my favorite spots in Portsmouth. They have onsite parking which is a determinant at times. I frequent here and have never been disappointed.. The menu changes with the seasons, which keeps the choices fresh and exciting. The craft cocktails are clever and delicious. Try the Cloister! Sometimes I stop in just for a drink and a snack, but I live getting a many courses and going all out. The agnolotti seems to be a constant, and it’s a must order every visit. During the winter months, my all time favorite is the cassoulet. This has one of the best flavor profiles I’ve ever tasted. I’m not kidding. Don’t forget to order the soufflé in advance for a delectable and interactive experience. Great service, food and atmosphere. You can’t go wrong here.“

“I went to Pink Hippo Cafe for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure what to order but the batista helped me decide. she asked me to taste it before I paid for it to make sure it was right. when I tell you her customer service skills are off the charts, I mean 20 out 10, highly recommend!!! Good customer service is rare nowadays. I wish I lived closer, I would go everyday! She was kind, friendly and helpful.“

“Wing night is good, other food is run of the mill bar fare and priced like a portsmouthrestaurant. No reason for any mac and cheese to be 20$ unless you are making it to order with high quality cheeses. Service is usually pretty slow.
