“This is a little gem by the river, tucked away downstairs with pine scent of a recently renovated building. The menu is not so large to be complex, and small enough to know that every item on the menu is special.

I had a cup of soup of the day, fried pickles, and crispy Cajun Halibut Ahab sandwich. The breading was superbly crisp, light and golden for both the pickles and fish.

Service was above average where five star service for those who remember what that actually is, is a rare find these days. Service is an art that seems not to be formally taught these days.“

It was Valentine’s Day and crowded. We sat at the bar and received excellent service from Sara and Jess. The food and drinks were so good, I ordered more.
