“We wanted Italian tonight and was pleased to find Cartellis North End right in Dover. Service was great. You can actually see the kitchen from anywhere you sit. Even though the place is small and noisy, the atmosphere was quaint and the food was delicious. I heard they give large portions, so we ended up each ordering appetizer and splitting an entree but still brought some home. Loved the spinach/artichoke dip. The chicken wings looked delicious but the penne vodka with shrimp dish was wonderful. Thanks for being so close to home and bedtime wishes to expand some day soon.“

“I’m a foodie! I took my sister and her husband here for their 50th wedding anniversary dinner early afternoon. Wedge salad was fabulous ! Best I ever had! Pan seared Halibut with roasted veggies and Parmesan Risotto Was perfecto! 14oz rib eye with scallop potatoes and roasted veggies was cooked to perfection. “On a pretty consistent bases I order from New England and on almost every occasion they have screwed up something, told my wife last time was the last time but I fixtures I’d give them another shot… low and behold ordered an Italian with everything but tomatoes well I got… cheese, olives, peppers onions and mayo nothing else. Done wasting my money on this place I guess last time should have been the last this is for sure!!!“

This past Friday our awesome server told us someone paid for our entire meal because our kids were so well behaved. We have 3 girls, a teen, 6yr old and toddler! “My wife and I tried Otto’s on the recommendation of our sons. We arrived early on a Friday night, and were seated next to the entrance. We ended up putting our jackets back on (it’s February in NH), so I asked to be seated somewhere away from the door as the restaurant had many empty tables. We were reseated by our gracious waitress in the back. Ordered the chicken and pear pizza, a Caesar salad, and a draft beer. The salad was great, and the pizza had a great crust but was bland. It’s a great idea, pairing a sweet fruit with chicken and fontina cheese. However, the chicken breast meat was unseasoned and cut along the grain of the meat, and the pears were unripe and had no flavor at all. It’s hard to make this type of dish year round when the fruit is out of season you really need to make something else. It’s hard to believe that the chef/cook is actually eating his/her pies, and yes these are well thought out pies. Try a pear marmalade or a jam, at least you can keep the flavor profile constant. My mistake for ordering it. I’ll go back, I’m sure they some great pizzas!“

“This Domino’s made a mistake with my order. We had put in for more than a dozen pizzas for my son’s birthday party and when I arrived they had not been made due to a computer mistake. I confess I was impatient with them, but they were very accommodating and nice to me anyway. They got the order done not too far past when I was set to pick it up, and they gave me a discount for my trouble. Very good people in there. Domino’s pizza is Domino’s pizza, but the staff at this location were great.“
