Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? Have done lotsa DQing. It's okay. And I think the dense, dense thick custard at Rita's may be a richer take on the confection. But Tom's custard was great on a hot late summer day.“

The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!“

I’m normally a slow eater, but when I really like something I can’t stop eating it and this is what happened here. The crème brûlée milk tea was also delish, especially the bobas. “Got the cupcakes, absolutely disgusting. Cupcake was made of dry overcooked cake crumbs. Popeyes biscuits have more moisture than these. For 23$ I expected better especially from coldstone but unfortunately this is what they make here. I also called and asked why the cupcakes were made of dry crumbs and they confirmed that this is how they are instructed to make them. Definitely will not be purchasing again and just want to let other consumers know what they're buying before they get scammed like I did.
Edit: i brought back the cupcakes and the owner was very sweet and replaced them immediately with cookie sandwiches as well as a large container of ice cream. The cupcakes are still disgusting but the ice cream is good.“
