“I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. There aren't many places that impress me. This is one that does--definitely one of the best pizzerias in the state, if not *the* best. Small menu, but everything is terrific, especially the salads, the homemade bread, meatballs, and the "plain" pie. They even add fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan to the pizza before serving. Crust is perfection. Eat there. Don't ruin this perfection by putting it in a box. Great vibe, fantastic staff.“

“This place was amazing.

The dough is something special. They let it ferment for 48 hours before baking. That makes it very light and easy to digest. It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and it tastes incredible.

We started with the eggplant stack. It’s basically an eggplant parmesan, just made in a lighter way — baked, not fried. It was fresh, flavorful, and really delicious.

The Caesar salad with salmon was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the Parmesan tasted great, the sourdough croutons were crispy, and the salmon was cooked perfectly.

We also had the harvest salad. It had a light lemon flavor and was seasoned really well. Very tasty.

Then we had the pizza — the mushroom truffle. It was delicious, but the best part was the dough. So light, crispy, and really, really good.

Speaking to the owner, Raymond, is a treat by itself. So very kind and humble, and you can tell he really cares about his craft.

Overall, this place is amazing. Highly recommended.

We spent a total of $138 for tow people and it was worth every penny.

The only thing I would change is putting the meat and cheese against the roll instead of rhe tomato and lettuce against the roll and then the meat and cheese on too as it tends to fall out instead of fitting snuggly. I’m totally a fan of their main marinara sauce. Sometimes I’ve asked for it on the side. My wife and I have liked the seafood pasta panadora. I tend to order a lot of salads and I’ve tried most of them. My favorite is their chopped salad ($18). Sometimes I get it with the chicken option. I really like their own salad dressing. It’s a little different. The Greek salad is really good too. The braised slow cook short ribs are very popular; a long time specialty item. Their lunch menu is very reasonable. Surprisingly good burgers and sandwiches. I’m particularly a fan of their tuna sandwich, with several variations. I have found the service to always be excellent. I noticed their bread has been outstanding. Owner said they invested in a new ovens from Italy✅ Their homemade carrot cake is excellent, and I’m fussy when it comes to carrot cake, my favorite😀 Great location in downtown Red Bank on Wallace Street, which is not busy. There is municipal parking nearby. Keep in mind you generally have to pay in Red Bank unless you’re willing to walk a bit. Also, a special mention goes out to special events. They’re particularly good at parties. They scale well to what the needs of the event. It can be simple to full sit-down dinner or buffet.“
