“This place is special…. Very special. The food is incredible, the entire farm to table concept there is simply amazing. We had a delicious meal with great ciders and picked up some cider, fresh veggies, eggs and probably the best sausage we’ve ever had to take home. The team is so friendly and I cannot not recommend this place enough. Well worth the 45 min drive for us and we will go back again… & again & again.“

“What can I say, I absolutely love going to see bands I like play here. I always have a complete blast.I love the people who work here. Beers are always cold, vibes are always warm and welcoming. I live not to far away, so I consider this spot one of my local haunts for sure. Definitely happy to have them around.Haven't tried the food yet, but I'm sure it's good. I do kind of wish they had a better selection of beers on draft. They have Fiddlehead which is always good though.“

“Food: my food was great with one exception, the bun! Was it stale? It might have been unless the bun textures have changed since I last consumed it not too long ago! Service: it is very friendly and welcoming. They are attentive as well. Value: it was reasonable. If you are getting drinks you may end up paying more than $50 per person for dinner. Parking: this is an old bank so ample parking around it. Notables: the old vault is not a dining room, you can probably reserve it for special occasions. There was also an unidentified smell in the restaurant. It was not pleasant to me but my wife did not seem to notice.“

“Let me start off by saying that this restaurant has one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life, and they absolutely deserved winning top spot, it has made it incredibly difficult to order anything else off the menu.The prices are fair and you absolutely get what you pay for, the patron that rated it one star must be a regular at Domino’s or Wawa for their pizza. Restaurants don’t normally have free WiFi so they must have been upset that they couldn’t post their food on instagram and had to opt to have conversation with someone that isn’t on their phone. We haven’t had a a single bad thing off this menu and the service is always quick, and kind. 11/10 highly recommend!“

“We were there for a Birthday party on the lower level. The staff did a better than expected job. The bar service was fast even though there was only one bartender. The food was buffet style and very good. I don't know the history of this building, but it looks like it may be an old pub style structure from many years ago. It is well kept. If we didn't live an hour and a half away, we would visit more often.“

“The Grill at the Pittstown Inn is definitely in the top 5 restaurants I have been to since I came to the US in September of last year. Trust me, that’s saying a lot since I live in New York, and everyone knows how many good restaurants there are in the city. I had the steak bites and the zaafrani chicken tikka for apps and the Alexandria burger for mains, and I have to say everything was just awesome. The restaurant makes everything from scratch and the burger patty is amazingly fresh. But, it’s not just the food that makes this place special, it’s the owners. Gary and Bani are both exceptional hosts and really make you feel like you’re just having a meal at your own home. So to whoever is reading this, you should definitely give this place a try and trust me, you won’t regret it.“

“I attended an end of basketball season party here, this is such a beautiful and inviting place, it is nicely decorated, very clean and there is ample parking. I plan on visiting again during spring break for lunch. The menu is full of lunchtime favorites for adults and kids and the pricing is very reasonable. “Food is always amazing my ten year old son loves the rack of Lamb the beef brochets are best app on the menu and if you want a good cut of beef that comes out still cooking on a hot plate it's the place to go I go so much I don't even need to look at the menu best steaks in Warren county“

“Traveling through Jersey, looking for a place for lunch. Found Uncle Buck's. The nice Young lady says find a seat. Comes over takes our drink order, the first thing you notice this is filled with local regulars. You step back in time. It's such a wonderful atmosphere, having people talking and asking how the family, as first timers you get the friendly look from all the regulars and everyone goes back to business. Ordered a turkey bacon club and a roast beef club. You again travel back, a fully packed sandwich of roast beef, bacon (perfectly cooked) lettuce and mayonnaise on toasted white bread. The turkey club was just as packed full. Something you don't get in some of the bigger places. Top everything off with a root beer soda and they give you a small bag of chips. Prices were on point. Nothing fancy and to wait for service is not a problem, because I would also spent time with my locals that frequent this place for a good number of years. You can sit and listen to the local people and their stories. Great diner, great food and great people. I can't wait to go for breakfast. Give them a try...“

The food was really good and plentiful, I started with the chicken queseda, and actually had to make that the entire meal; u wasn't sure if I was hoping you going to finish it.I did have to request some extra salsa, but the server was right on top of it. The ladies that work there are very polite and accommodate my needs for speedy service on my way to work. Mind you I reheat my burgers 3 to 6 hours later and their still delicious.One time my girlfriend took me to lost ladies grill for lunch. The environment was perfect for a lunch date. “Great food and atmosphere. I originally came in for a Guinness, not knowing I would order food. After looking at the menu, I was torn between the Steak with the onion sauce or the Beef Shephard's pie. I ended up with the second option, which was the right choice to go with my beer--cheesy, filled with gravy, and thick with mashed potatoes. And the food didn't take long; it came within 10 minutes. The staff was expedient and attentive to their work. They have a variety of drinks and beer, but you can't go wrong with a Guinness at an Irish bar. Different TVs have different channels to keep you entertained. 100% would go back and maybe order the steak next time. Overall, 10/10.“

“Finally gave this a try. Wife and I were not disappointed when we stopped by for lunch. It's a beautiful location across from the bridge. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside has a very historic, rustic look. It's pretty cozy by the bar area, maybe a bit too cozy, wish the table for 2 was a tad larger. Staff was very friendly, check up on us multiple time and cleared the empty dishes quickly to free up space.Had a baklava appetizer which was delicious. Not sure who came up with that but loved it. Steak frites which included ribeye was cooked perfectly medium temp, fresh cut fries and a side salad. Drinks were also made well. Would love to try the dinner menu next. Will definitely be back.“

“I am from the west coast and was visiting family that live in the area. Went to check out this bagel place and was blown away. Friendly and helpful staff members, we got our order within 5min of placing it. I ordered a blueberry bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, sausage, egg, and cheese. It was so good, love to have a fresh bagel. Would love to be back again soon.“
