“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

“Recently visited Park Place Prime at Bally’s Atlantic City and had a great experience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere and ambiance were top-notch—upscale, comfortable, and inviting. The service was attentive and professional throughout. While the vegetarian options were quite limited, everything we tried was delicious. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our time there.“

“Had went to this restaurant for my birthday. From beginning to end it was AMAZING. I had dealt with a health issue before we called for a reservation so we were cutting it close to closing time. They still made our reservation! The food was AMAZING. First time trying a waygu steak and I’ll never forget it. Kelvin our server, who just moved up to a serving position, and it was only his 6th time did absolutely AMAZING. His knowledge, manners, and aura made us want to go back for sure. Kudos to Kelvin!!! “Seated immediately in a corner booth. Was greeted by our 2 waiters who informed us the specials. The bread was delicious and warm. A reasonable amount of alcoholic drinks available to choose from. We were promptly served our drinks. The waiters kept service moving and checked in on us frequently without being intrusive. Ordered the wedge salad which was amazing. The tomato jam was delicious inside of the wedge. Highly recommend this salad. The lobster bisque was flavorful and creamy. Tried the pork belly and that was quite good. Smokey deep flavor . Ordered the chateaubriand, truffle Mac and cheese and mashed. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The truffle Mac and cheese was quite good. Not overly truffled as it is sometimes easy to add too much and no other flavor comes through. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and had a great flavor not overly salty-Well done bernaise sauce Overall a very good meal. The service was impeccable! Will definitely return to try other items on this menu.“
