“Went today and ordered a Kale Salad. Got all the way home and realized they gave me a side salad instead. Reached out to the manager Mark and he went above and beyond.. I returned the salad and he told me to keep it. He provided me with a Kale Salad which was superb and a gift card. Which I truly was not expecting. Which really touched my soul. Chick fil a is really a respectful establishment.“

“Such great food! Crispy, juicy, flavorful… Everything you would want in chicken. And the honey glaze is just the cherry on top. We ordered the rocky’s hot sauce and fried chicken combo meal with original hot sauce and the garlic. We also ordered the Nashville tater tots, every sauce on the menu, and banana pudding. The chicken is just genuinely so good. It melted in your mouth and fell right off the bone. All the sauces were very good and had a home made feel and taste. The tater tots were really good, they had spicy but flavorful seasoning. The banana pudding was so good it was the perfect texture and taste. The service was so amazing, the women who took our order was so sweet and kind. The food was presented neatly and the order was put together with care. Our only complaint about our experience was that there is no indoor seating. The location also only has street parking so you almost have to plan ahead before going. Overall we would go again and again for that great chicken!“

“The food here is wonderful and the staff (maybe owner?) was super kind. They made sure I didn't get any dairy (allergy).
No seating so that was the only reason for a low atmosphere score.

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

“Found this spot on Tik Tok! My family and I loved it! The young lady working the counter was very nice, even had yummy samples of the popcorn chicken! We tried the Crunchdogs, Crunchball (beef), Half of chicken and the Beef Bulgogi Taco. It was a real treat and we will be back! 10/10 for sure! 😊“

“First time visiting federal donuts, must admit the name is off setting strange for a restaurant name. My first impression was that the floors were very sticky I assume it was from the fountain drinks spillage the sitting tables were filled with stains and crumbs...I immediately clean the tables and chairs that I choose. “Never a bad experience at this chick fil a even if they get my order wrong. Which is like 1 in a million yknow? The staff looks very young and you would think this generation would be negligent of the labor they put out but these kids do their best and it really shows. I wonder if thats why the food tastes twice as good.

Vegetarian options: They happen to have a veggie wrap available. And you can have the salads without their chicken egg or bacon at your discretion. They also have fruitcups available. So if you really think about it theres at least one VEGAN meal possible here and that speaks! Still waiting on a fried chicken sandwich substitute. I bet they could do that really well.

Dietary restrictions: They are very good with caring for my gluten allergy. I watched my order taker ask their leaders to change their gloves. They also go the extra mile and write it on the order itself so the kitchen gets it too i think. Never had a problem here.

Parking: They share a parking lot with the diner next to them. It can often get so packed even their curbsides can get congested.

Kid-friendliness: Every other day i see them have some sort of activity for children and their families. This place is all about em!

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door sensors for weelchairs. Ramps available for that as well. And their tables are spaced in a way for this as well.“

The owner (I think) was incredibly understanding when I asked for a spicier platter and even gave me extra sauce without any extra charge.
