“Hey, folks, just gonna share some thoughts on Asad's Hot Chicken. Been around for a bit now in West Philly, and gotta say, those two-piece BIG OLE chicken fingers with fries? Yeah, they're kinda hitting different. I mean, you wouldn't expect much, just some chicken and fries, right? But these chicken fingers? They've got this subtle heat, this crunch that's kinda addictive. And the fries? Simple, but slightly spicy. It gives old bay-ish seasoning, but they just work, you know? Service? It serves. And the vibe at Asad's? It's cool, laid-back. Like, you walk in, and it's like, "Yeah, I could hang here for a bit...just a little. lol (Not the biggest place and there's no chairs or tables. Strictly pick-up.) So, if you're ever in the area and feeling peckish, might as well swing by Asad's Hot Chicken. Give those two-piece chicken fingers with fries a shot. Can't hurt, right? What's your fave hot chicken spot?“
“I can't show a picture of my meal because I ate it too quickly, but it was delicious and crispy! The Hot n Honey sandwich was nicely spicy! Not insanely hot, but not mild Tabasco either. Just an enjoyably spicy and sweet sandwich! Also, the onion rings were properly fried. No empty dough rings in sight!“
“Better than “Asad’s Hot Chicken” hands down baaabbbyyyyyy!!!!!!!! The sandwich is heavy when you pick it up too! The flavor is everything, and the coleslaw on the chicken sandwich is fire. Now I dnt even like but the one this place makes is great. Only thing I would say, is to use purple cabbage instead of green for a little variety of color in the sandwich, and to add a little more acidity into the coleslaw as well but you still get that acid from the huge pickles on the sandwich anyway. The fries are exceptionally seasoned, unlike Asad’s fries, which are plain. Their dipping sauce is really good it’s nice and sweet. Which pair is very well with the spiciness of the chicken and fries. The chicken is very moist. Just melts in your mouth lol. they use brioche buns for the chicken sandwiches, which are a very nice fluffy and flavorful bread. Everything about this fried chicken branch is above and beyond. I will be coming back again to try their honey hot wings!!! This place even have chicken tacos. I highly recommend this to anyone living in Philadelphia. Especially those Asad’s Hot Chicken lovers. Yall don’t know what y’all are missing!“
“Highly, highly recommend this spot for dine in and take out! Super delicious, flavorful rotisserie chicken. An incredible variety of sauces. Perfect fried rice / chaufa. Can’t begin to explain how good the food is. And the people who work here & run the place are so kind. You have to go here.“
“Forgot to take a picture because I was too excited to try this place! I got the Main #4 to try a slider and a tender + fries. The guys working were super helpful and kind with my indecisiveness. They actually let me try one thing at the medium and one thing at the screamin spice level for the things I got. (I went with a medium slider and screamin tender). They put ghost pepper in the screamin' spice, so its definitely spicy, but so good . I do have a really high spice tolerance and i'll describe it as on the same level as the samyang buldak ramen (iykyk). The slider was also great. The slaw does well to mask the medium spice and pickles were super fresh. The fries have a spice mix on them as well but they're not spicy, more like cajun seasoning. Note: I would recommend eating there if you can for the best crunch factor. Overall, I really enjoyed everything I got, and I would definitely come back with some friends that can handle their spice.“
“The best Haitian food in the tri state area hands done no cap! Fresh food taste so so so authentically good! Mark was very kind the place is Pristinely clean omg I’m in love I will go back every week I can go on and on about the food it was so delicious I am not exaggerating I got griot and they wasn’t hard they were toooo good to be true you definitely have got to go try it your self“
“Food was great staff was very patient and friendly make sure to ask for any specials regarding the chicken sandwiches you won’t be disappointed at all I promise they chicken has a great flavor yhe grease is clean over all 10/10 I’ll be back very “
“Came on a rainy day with my son. We were greeted by a friendly staff who explained the menu as this was our first time. As other customers heard that this was our first time they begin to rave about the food. I got the brisket which was so good and the sauce ???.“
“Without a doubt the best gyro I have had. Very unique spicing and sauce. I strongly suggest having it over a pita. My son had a chicken tender, which was freshly fried, and he enjoyed it very much. The counter service is friendly and helpful, and they went out of our way to make my son comfortable.Highly recommended!“
“after long morning of walking, finding Federal Donuts open with some seats open was the welcome sign i needed. the coffee is served hot which was much needed on a a particularly cold winter day. paired that coffee with an old fashioned glazed doughnut. the coffee was standard good coffee, fresh drip coffee is always a win in my book. the doughnut had the right amount of sweetness and softness without being saccharine or mushy. the space is very clean and neat. there’s seatings for groups as well as these old school classroom type seats for solos. the vibe by staff was friendly and welcoming. doughnut + coffee + being off my feet for 15 minutes was just what i needed to recharge for exploring the vastness of Philadelphia.“
“Federal Donuts are multiple steps above. Anything else you may have tried before. They are across between cakes and donuts such that the flavor of the don't you pick is embedded within the dough. While there is flavor glazing on the top, what sets these donuts apart is the fruit and other things that you find inside increasingly intensity of the flavor. Duck Donuts don't even come close the federal doughnuts.“
“I love the people here and the art on the walls! I got the chicken Sando in medium spice and it was perfect for me. I also highly recommend the waffle fries and wings! My only critique is that the Chicken Sando is huge and I recommend getting a junior instead if you don't want to waste food or carry leftovers.“
“Great portions inexpensive, the rice was soft & the vegetables were perfectly cooked/seasoned. My only grips were that there were bones in the curry chicken & the jerk chicken was a bit sweet. The chicken was cooked perfectly though, great texture & moisture. I will definitely come back.“
“You know how you find a restaurant that’s a hidden gem and you want to be your secret forever but you also want their business to thrive? Yeah, this is one of those places. The food is soooo good! They give wonderful portions and the best part is it isn’t expensive at all!I ordered the grilled chicken rice bowl with soy ginger sauce and I couldn’t stay away until I was overstuffed. This place is heaven on 11st. GIVE IT A TRY!“
“The food is delicious! I love the chicken gyro and my husband raves about the lamb over rice. The fries were surprisingly crispy and tasty, too! (Usually fries don't travel very well, but they are good!) The prices are so affordable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The indoor seating area is like a typical small pizzeria with booths. We were very excited to find this place! A+++“
“This place was so cute! My sister is a foodie and will only eat donuts from Federal Donuts. I was happy she took us there because it was very yummy. She even got a donut for the next day and it was still good the next day. The service was great. I could have been in a rush and didn't notice or see, but I wish there was more coffee options to enjoy. I can't wait to visit with my husband.“
“Fast food rating here. I saw how efficient they were with multiple people taking orders through the drive-through. It was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon, and everything was flowing nicely. My grilled chicken wrap was good. Baller move: get the avocado dressing and put it on everything.“
“Recently updated. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. The play center for the younger kids definitely keeps them entertained and gives them some exercise. Great for familiesParking: There's a lot of parking but it's shared with diner next door. Depending on time of day can be tough finding close spotKid-friendliness: They have a nice play area for the smaller kids under certain height“
“Wow! This place is extremely unassuming, however, when you take the first bite of the wing, everything comes to light. Not only in your taste buds but your entire life. These wings are one of the best wings I've eaten in a long time, they are crispy and flavorful. Every time we're in Philly I'm stopping here! Must try“
“I have tried a few Raising Canes in the tri state area, and this location is the best restaurant so far (in my opinion)! Service is always friendly and fast. On my recent visit, Gianna was especially friendly and very professional! I was so happy to receive friendly service going out to eat (which is why I like canes so much.) The restaurant was clean and my food was hot and you can tell the food is fresh. The only thing I dislike is the cramped atmosphere but that’s to be expected because of the busy city area. I loved my most recent visit I will be back“
“I always order White vegetable pizza, but this was the first time I've ever ordered one from Buon Sapore. HANDS DOWN IT WAS THE MOST DELICIOUS PIZZA I'VE EVER EATEN!!!!! They have a customer FOR LIFE!!! I just ordered another one just now and can't wait for it to be delivered... There food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUSLY FRESH and their wings are AMAZING TOO!!!!“
“Gave my son an after birthday celebration 3 weeks ago (end of November 2023) and all the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. We were a few minutes away from the Cherry Hill location and went there. It was perfect. I had 9 people total included 7 kids and 2 adults. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was great. No line so went straight to counter to order individual meals. Food was given promptly, staff was courteous and welcoming, great atmosphere, bathroom and dining area was cleaned well. The playroom had a bench inside of the room for parents to monitor children. There was a pleasant staff worker (don't know name) cleaning the dining area that went out of her way to refill our drinks, have good conversation and make sure we were comfortable. This was a perfect location for the occasion and we will definitely return. Thank you Chick-fil-A for helping my son enjoy his birthday celebration on the spot. You all are a wonderful crew exhibiting excellent teamwork and customer service!!!Vegetarian options: Salad and sidesParking: Parking lot is good size and easy to find spots closer to door.Kid-friendliness: Playroom, kids menu, high chair/booster seat.“
“My first time trying Raising Cane's in the states. Soft and tender chicken fingers with their secret sauce. Sauce with taste of black pepper and maybe some herbs. Makes it unique and taste good. Now I understand the hype about the secret sauce.“
“Their pricing is becoming out of control. Every franchise you go to is busy. With the amount of business they do with basically high school and college students working at minimum wage, no need to gouge people. Also no televisions for viewing or not even any music playing.“
“This was the most amazing chick Fil a I have ever been to in my life. Everything is so spotless and beautiful. While we were eating, the owner had came up to my kids and he let them go in the back and make their own ice cream for free. The manager and other employees were extremely polite and were so kind! Like always, the food was cooked to perfection! Definitely go here if you happen to be in the area!“
“The food is outstanding and the homemade desserts are delightful. One of the best new places, serving Mexican style takeout. The owner of Los Gordos Rosticeria Deli in Berlin is a sweetheart! She creates delicious dishes daily, that has something special for everyone.“
“We had fried chicken. They wouldn't sell us all wings, and I guess that's because of the price of wings right now. The wings were good. I also had the mashed potatoes and gravy. There was more gravy than potatoes, but they were okay.“
“The chicken sandwiches here are a must. They're juicy, the batter is light and crispy, the ratio of the pickle and coleslaw to chicken is perfect, and the brioche bun holds well. It's a bit spendy for a chicken sandwich, but is justified by how well it is done. my only qualm is that there is no indoor seating, but there is a nice willow tree down the street that you can sit at.“
“I go to this place for the fresh crispy wings and scallops. And I almost forgot the pot stickers!! Love me some Jenny's cooking. Say hi to Jenny when you go there.?Dietary restrictions: They have a pretty good selection of keto diet food.“
“‘Thee’ fast food chain that has the formula for hiring the best people. The service and efficiency of Chicl-Fil-a should be the model.Vegetarian options: Salad without meat, Mac n Cheese, veggie wrap, fries. BFast biscuit w/out meat/egg.Vegans can only eat the salad without cheese and fries.“
“In all honesty, I didn't purchase anything from this location but based on the garden salad with chicken that my niece gets from here, and the lines at drive-through, I think the food there has to be good ?.I must add that the wait time for the in-restaurant purchase was verrrrry long. (In all fairness, my niece did say she was behind someone who couldn't decide on what to get.)“
“Amazing! I was eating my lunch and saw a bad apple in my fruit cup. I was going to just toss it. Debbie saw and with no hesitation asked me about my service and replaced the fruit cup! This was by far the best experience I’ve had a Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Debbie!“
“I recommend that when you go you order shrimp ala diabla and also the famous baleadas which are like egg quesadillas with beans, a dish originally from Honduras and very delicious.Kid-friendliness: Yes there are game machines and they also sell snacks for childrenWheelchair accessibility: First floor there are no stairs“
“Best Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Philadelphia Area and better than the locations in Delco, PA and the Burbs. This location is in South Philly off of Christopher Columbus Blvd. Food is fresh, service is attentive and prompt and there’s hardly ever a wait! This franchise is ran very smoothly.“
“Chick-fil-A, I can't really say anything that everybody doesn't already know. Leaving a review for Chick-fil-A is like a San Diego weatherman. It's the same everytime, never had a bad experience here, or any of their locations for that matter.“
“The lady at the window Amanda had to be the sweetest person to work there, she was so polite and made my experience great. If she’s working I’ll be sure to come back again. She deserved a raise! coming from someone who worked in fast food service for years.“
