“It was my first time here, just came cuz I was near a friend's house. The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. Other than that, excellent service (very courteous staff that paid attention to the little details regarding my order... Not many places actually do that which is a shame 😕 but this location and the staff DID! ☕☕☕“

“Love this Dunkin on my morning commute. The ladies really do there thing. Only two people working in the morning ( most of the time)which is there most busiest time. They need more help. ?? the person making the food should have two good ovens not just one. They work very hard! Good job ladies.“

“Pleasantly surprised when I found out they fry the donuts on the spot so it’s nice and perfectly warm when served. Tried out the blueberry pie and strawberry shortcake donuts and they were delicious. They melt in your mouth and have the perfect texture. The donuts also had the perfect amount of sweetness and they were not overly sweet. However, I did wish that the strawberry shortcake had more icing on it because I felt it had less than the blueberry one. The staff were super helpful and friendly too!“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“BEST DUNKIN I’VE BEEN TO. Their food is nice, fresh, and for their munchkins they all have dates on them. Staff are the most friendly and best part about this place. They are kind and welcoming, and they are great at their job. Food always comes out quick and fresh, longest i’ve had to wait for food was 10-20 minutes on a busy day. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this place is always decorated for the season, and the locals aren’t that bad. I’ve never had an issue with this place in my 2-3 years of coming here. Sometimes one of the machines can get loud, but it’s not for super long! This place is amazing, I 100% recommend it!“

“Went here on Saturday April 11, 10am and Ive never been to a Dunkin where the service is beyond your usual nice customer service. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Anyway, didnt expect this level of service from a fastfood chain so thank you for making our experience wonderful. :)“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “I've gone to this dunkin for years and I come back for a couple reasons. Service is great and I enjoy talking with the regulars that work there. Coffee is solid, service is quick, and the drive-thru keeps things moving. Donuts and munchkins are dangerous — one turns into “just one more,” and before you know it you’re making cheshbonos like it’s Elul.

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers.
