“This was our first time at Seed to Sprout. Finding places to eat that adhere to my diet while I’m out and about with my husband on the weekends is sometimes tough, so finding this gem made my day and fueled my body with great nutrition to finish out our busy weekend. I had a cup of the lentil soup and the kimchi rice bowl. My love had the blu buffalo bowl. The food and service were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back and try something new!“

“Simply incredible! My bf and I have been wanting to go here since hearing about it and I definitely wish we had gone sooner because it was delicious. We had the chicken empanadas, papas rellenas, and birria eggrolls for appetizers all of which were great! The magic green sauce was so good I would put it on anything. We shared the picanha and shrimp for dinner and every single thing on the plate was amazing. The fresh salsa and chimichurri sauce were the freshest and best I've ever tasted and you could cut the meat with a fork. The yucca fries were also such a nice touch! We loved the rice and beans served with the shrimp as well. Perhaps the best part of the evening was the amazing service from Eric and his wait staff. Our server was so sweet and attentive despite having several tables to tend to. We were so touched by Eric's story and inspiration for Heights 167 and all of that came through in the food. My bf and I agreed that the picanha may have been the best meal we've ever had. “Adorable place. The 4 of us got breakfast here Easter Sunday. The tofu scramble was awesome no fake cheese or unnecessary ingredients. We enjoyed the crunch wrap and the waffle was insanely good you good tell it was fresh and it was dense. We also had the chick’n which we enjoyed and the tempeh bacon. After we did take home peanut butter and cookie doe truffles which were shockingly good. We will definitely be back and recommend this place highly.You pick up a menu at the entrance and order all up front and then the food comes out in to go boxes. You can eat there or outside seating“

“My boyfriend picked up my birthday cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake is AMAZING! The cake tasted and looked fabulous! It was vanilla, with choc peanut butter and choc drizzled on the side. It is truly one of my top 5 brunch experiences in the country, and I’ve had a lot of brunch experiences in my life.It’s always busy and humming with energy. “By far my favorite creamery! They have a great selection of both traditional dairy a and vegan choices. The vegan ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor- many uniquely delicious. Today I tried a beet, maple and rosemary flavor that surprised me and one called the lake, with royal spirulina andbgolden sea moss- had a fresh clean upfront flavor that ended with cake batter- yummm. “Mueller’s Bakery gave us the wedding cake of our dreams. For our beach-themed cake, we wanted something unique, with a sense of humor, but still a bit romantic. So we sent them reference photos of my and my husband’s real-life bathing suits, and on top of our delicious two-tier cake, our toppers were two beach chairs and our little bathing suits made of fondant. (The joke was that our topper bride and groom ditched the cake and ran off skinny dipping.) They even put little footprints in the cookie-crumble sand on the top of the cake. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with how it turned out, and how it tasted!“

She was very polite, friendly, did not mind repeating herself and was very patient with the elderly members of our group.
