“Always great food and cold beers!“

“If you close your eyes and picture a classic Jersey diner, Mustache Bill’s is probably exactly what you’re imagining. But on LBI, it’s more than a diner. It’s a way of life.

This isn’t just a place for tourists. It’s packed with locals, which tells you everything you need to know. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and there’s a reason people have been coming back for generations.

One of our favorite things is the fun-shaped pancakes for the kids. They even turn the butter into part of the artwork, which is a small touch that always brings a smile to the table.

For breakfast, I highly recommend the Eggs Louie, their take on crab cake eggs Benedict. It’s outstanding. That said, I’ve worked my way through a good portion of the menu over the years, and you really can’t go wrong with anything.

The prices are fair, especially for being on the island, and the portions never disappoint.

One tip for first-time visitors: bring cash. Mustache Bill’s is cash only, and there isn’t an ATM on site. If you forget, there’s one just down the street.

“My daughter and her husband had their wedding reception at the Daymark on 10/27/2018. There was a nor’easter the night before into Saturday morning. There was flooding everywhere! Management and staff did an incredible job rearranging the room since we had to change the wedding ceremony to inside, instead of at the Lighthouse. The food and staff made it a memorable night. “My daughter and I went here for lunch today and the food was amazing! We had homemade hummus and pita chips for an appetizer and sandwiches..I had the green burger which was to die for!! “We had a great experience overall! The tomato pie came out hot and fresh, the buffalo wings were definitely on the spicy side but still really delicious (just wish I had some ranch on the side!). The nacho supreme was so good — I’d absolutely order it again, just without the jalapeños next time.

Service was solid with refills coming regularly, but we did have to wait a bit for our food. Toward the end, it felt like we were being rushed out, which wasn’t ideal since we were enjoying great conversation with a couple next to us.

Prices were affordable, the location is convenient, and parking was good. Overall, it’s a fun spot in South Jersey for good laughs, drinks, and company. We’d definitely go back!

My family is visiting from Oklahoma, and we’re staying at an Airbnb just down the street from Mario’s. We decided to give it a try for dinner tonight and brought the pizza back to the Airbnb.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! Easily a 9/10 — great flavor, excellent crust, and just an overall really good pizza. Everyone enjoyed it, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

“We catered for Father's Day and it was outstanding. The eggplant rollatini with ham and muscles marinara were fantastic! We eat in the restaurant at least twice a month and always use Pietro's for catering. Highly recommend. Staff is awesome and very accommodating.“

“Most people order to take out from this restaurant and pick it up themselves but i ate inside the restaurant which has tables, chairs and the service which are all basic and functional. My dish was served in a paper plates and with self serve plastic utensils. I ordered the Spare Ribs Combo which includes an Egg roll and fried rice. The portion was very very nice size, the taste of everything was excellent, honestly if you want great tasting Chinese food, it's here. Don't hesitate, and i will definitely be back for more.“
