“PEANUT ALLERGY FAMILY!! Let me start off by saying I love love loved the ice cream here from day 1. The staff is wonderful and super attentive, but last night was above and beyond. I went for dessert with my oldest son and wanted to bring some back for my 8 month old to share with me. We just discovered my 8 month old has a peanut allergy and we aren’t sure what other nuts he might be allergic to yet. I told the staff all of this. The gentleman who made my order went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that ice cream was safe to share with him (of course I know there are no guarantees when you are eating out). I can’t tell you how much that meant to me since allergies like this are new to my family and I. I cannot thank them enough!! They gained a customer for life.“

“Fresh Tiki bar is, by far, the BEST ice cream shop around town! The facility is always “fresh” and clean and the owners are warm and welcoming! The decor is top notch-when you walk into the door you immediately feel like you are on a tropical vacation! Highly recommend Fresh Tiki Bar if you are ever on Main Street and are in need of a sweet treat!“

“My daughter's birthday cake was delicious and beautiful. We received non stop compliments on the taste and how gorgeous it was. Karen went above and beyond to make sure all the details were correct and we had the cake in time. I can't wait to use Blue Sheep again for my next event.“

“First of all, yum, secondly-they are so nice! The staff is super helpful and nice! Third of all-they have dog treats! Anytime I'm walking a dog by there and it's open I stop in to get the doggie a treat. Always, always, wonderful. Love this place!“
“An old fashioned ice cream spot with tables to sit at and enjoy a nice treat. They have an excellent small vanilla shake and they don't skimp on the whipped cream. It costs about $5 and the sizing is more equivalent to a medium. All of the ice cream tastes fresh. Although prices are higher than we are used to, the quality is worth the cost. They have parking on each side and if you want to sit and rest on a bench near a tree nearby they have that option. They could benefit from some nice planters in the front. I will be back for their excellent shakes during the summer.“

“We recently had my daughter’s soccer team lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with the manager on duty the evening prior and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had the whole top floor to ourselves. Service was amazing as was the food. We sometimes have issues splitting checks because the girls want to sit together away from their parents but they handled it with ease. I’m still dreaming of the delicious ice cream that was the cherry on top of a great experience.“

“I was seen very quickly by the staff and they answered all of my questions about sizes and specials. Kyle happened to be the gentleman who helped me. He was quick and polite. A real pleasure. I felt really bad that I was unable to tip him or the great staff there using my card. Knowing that most don’t carry cash after Covid-19 (because let’s be honest, money was dirty before the pandemic) it seems unfair that the staff is unable to get tips via another method. People who work customer service jobs deserve to be able to receive tips for making sure the customers are taken care of. Thank you so much to the staff for always being polite and quick with every order we requested.“

Response after speaking with the owner:
I received a phone call from the New Owners and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic. I have returned to the store and so far so good. Christian especially has gone beyond what I consider excellent customer service. This young man I see nothing but success in which ever career he chooses in his life. The owners are very fortunate to have an employee like Christian. He definitely is management material. I give the owners and especially Christian 6 stars along with some of the new employees.

I wish I was able to leave a review without having to press 1 star. I have spent a nice amount of money at this store including leaving decent tips. I have done nothing but give good advice to young kids that either it's their first job or never worked in the food industry. Asking an employee to wipe the ice cream container or please fill the triple pint up all the way since it's so expensive $21 plus including extra toppings. Tonight and this past weekend again I did not get what i ordered through door dash. So I had enough and i called the store to voice my complaint, Instead I am accused of harassing employees by Avery the young manager. Talk about bad customer service especially from the Manager. He did nothing but defend himself along with the young kids that work there. All I asked for is to give me what I paid for and I would bring the container in to show him the next day. Avery swore the order was correct and that his employees get nothing but complaints about me harassing the employees. This is new to me. Asking the employee to fill the container up and please just wipe the outside of the container before putting it in a bag that's harassment when the employees should know better. Many times I have been kind and tipped well. It's definitely hurtful to be accused of harassment. I would like a phone call from the manager which I requested Avery to have him call me. So let's see if Avery gives the owner the message. If not he lost a good customer. And to the owner I suggest u have random friends and family members randomly go place some orders and see how your employees interact with the customers and handle the product you sell. You may think differently and see for yourself.“
