As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “Del Rossi to me is the best cheesesteak in the city. They’re permanent bread and fresh ingredients makes it amazing. And one of the things that people sleep on there is the chicken cheesesteak probably the best chicken cheese that I’ve ever had. The staff is great. The owners are great. Oh man.İf you happen to stop at this pilot you MUST get a triple cheese burger. I ordered it to go and I was busy I ate the burger 4 hrs later it was cold obviously but it was the most delicious burger I ever it. I say this and I ate it when its cold.I don’t know where they ate getting the meat but it is so delicious you immediately realize the taste of the meat. İt is different its just too good. And I can tell they use expensive cheese too. I can eat this every day no joke. Business owner and the cook you guys should be proud of yourselves. That’s exactly how you respect the people whom youn serve. I appreciate this food a lot because I am a truck driver.what we have to eat at truck stops is almost being disrespectful to us.I wish I can see this place in more pilot locations.
