“I love having a Dominican bakery so close. Everything we’ve had there has been FABULOUS!!! Honestly, some of the best coconut macaroons I have ever had and that includes ones I’ve had in DR. I had a coconut tree leches cake, and a strawberry short cake cup, which were both out of this world. The cold brew is so good, and the pumpkin sauce is on point. They’re also super friendly. Next time I need to try the pastelitos (empanadas).“

“One of the BEST DINER I have ever been to!! After searching all over NJ, I finally found a restaurant that serves CORN CAKES (aka Johnny Cakes). The food was amazing, the service was friendly & attentive, and I just loved the decor. Tons of old signs, antiques and unique Americana covering the walls & counter. Plenty of parking & seating. The prices are very fair here.

I ordered eggs & bacon with an order of corn cakes of course. The eggs were cooked just right and bacon crispy, perfectly portioned. The corn cakes were the absolute STAR of the meal. They were so fluffy and buttery that melts upon each bite.

My only complaint is that I don't live close enough!! I highly recommend the Mini Mac Diner. The owner was so kind and friendly, I hope they stay in business for as long as they want.“

“This restaurant is an amazing find! The menu is varied and much of it is reasonably healthy food. The service is attentive enough without being overbearing. There are some outdoor tables for when the weather is nice.

We tried the turkey avocado sandwich and the eggs Benedict. Both of them were amazingly good. The brewed coffee and the cold brew were also excellent.“

Talked with the owner Ying and barista Jesse for some time and they were both great ❤. The cafe itself has a very good esthetic with a cute teddy bear in the corner. “What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Now THAT's someone I will be working with again, and recommending without hesitation to all my friends!“

“I met a friend here and three days later I was back with my wife. The food was excellent and much more varied than a diner. Great bowls, Omelettes and more. Their million dollar bacon is worth the $2 upgrade. A pancake will cover a big plate. Don’t pass this place up . . .“
