“I had a hankering for a Philly Soft Pretzel right after I saw their store. I made a u-turn and stopped to visit. They had just put out some mini-pretzels that were still warm! Never knew such a thing existed, just the right size to curb the craving eithout spoiling lunch. Price was good, and the cashier was quite pleasent. Done deal, now I'm a fan!“
“Typically I have always experienced a feeling of appreciation when I visit the Philly Pretzel Factory in Bear, DE or Middletown, DE BUT, today my visit to the Middletown, DE location left me feeling unappreciated and in fact like I was being a pest. I stopped into the store in order to redeem my ‘celebrate the Eagles win’ coupon. I purchased the 5 pretzels and received 5 free. The pretzels were cold and hard. I complained to both the cashier and the gentleman making the pretzels and was told they were just made. I begged their difference and the gentleman gave me an unfriendly attitude and said he’d just put them back in the oven and they’d be just fine! Needless to say they weren’t. They didn’t taste as fresh as usual nor were they soft. In my opinion this visit was totally unacceptable!!!“

“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“I really appreciate the workers that were there today. As I walked in, it was packed and they looked overwhelmed. Come to find out, they were short staffed and doing their best. I can absolutely agree that they were doing their best. It was a lot going on and other customers were not patient or kind but the workers continued to service as best as they could. Hope this review finds them to let them know at least someone was on their side!“
“only 5-star sweet can be seen they are mean they're nasty they literally told me no and their time of operation is 10 a.m. and he refuses to make pretzels until 11 a.m. I wouldn't go there I wouldn't buy from there and you don't know how dirty the place is.“

“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. Cherry Hill mall auntie anne ❤️❤️“

“I grew up in Mt. Ephraim and come back once a year to visit family and eat cheesesteaks, pizza, hoagies, pretzels, Pretzels, and PRETZELS 🥨❤️🥨.

“Welcome to the Asian 9rh st. The area is complete with nuance of fish heads and stray cats. The Filthy Orient would fit in well in this area. The pretzels are tasty ,but I have to disinfect my work boots when I leave this store.“
