There is only seating at the counter, so I guess it’s meant to be pickup primarily, but the food was quick and delicious and the young woman working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. “My husband and I first heard about this place from King Schratz and I’m so glad we did!

Yes, like others have mentioned, it is a bit pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. The food is consistently delicious and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My husband loves their tacos and burrito, and I’m a big fan of their elotes, tacos and taco bowls. Even my 79-year-old mother, who normally isn’t a fan of Mexican food, loves theirs. That alone says a lot!

Their tres leches is also incredible. I’ve sampled a lot of tres leches cakes in my life and theirs easily jumped to the top of my list.

Beyond the food, the customer service is just as impressive. Two of the owners, Jay and Kike, are always so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They even offer delivery, and their driver, Juan, is just as awesome! In this day and age, it’s rare to find a Mexican spot that’s both authentic and Latino-owned... and Just Tacos is exactly that. We’re more than happy to keep supporting them!“

“Went for their Taco Tuesday special yesterday which is a great deal! The regular full size tacos and options for a discounted price. Mike helped us out and was awesome! Great friendly service with outstanding food. I love going here with my Vegan friend because they have food he eats and that I also enjoys Got the churros for dessert with the homemade caramel dipping sauce Mike made and they’re out of this world! “Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. (Shout out to Louie and team for always making me feel like I’m home whenever I’m there!) The food is so comforting and yummy. The vibes are so chill. It’s the perfect place to catch up with a friend after a busy day at work. I look forward to eating here at least a few times a week! I find it very hard to find solid, authentic Mexican food in NJ and this place nails it every time (extra points for how many vegetarian options they have!) Every thing we have tried here is 10/10 -- and I am saying that as someone who spent years in OK/TX where you can find top notch Mexican food everywhere. The tacos are exactly like the ones I had in Mexico. Delivery can take some time but that is because they have such high demand- so I recommend eating there. Very cute colorful atmosphere inside.“

I recently got obsessed with Poké bowls out of nowhere and was looking for a place in New Jersey that did them and I found this one Rutherford. The owner is super nice and hands-on and is always trying to make that atmosphere feel super welcoming. They also have some really cool snack snacks and drink drinks here other than the Poké bowls definitely would recommend.“
