“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“We discovered a quaint little bakery in the next town with the sweetest and charming Chef, Lou. We bought some Danish pastries and a very special pastry named after the owner's late wife. He engaged us with a nostalgic story about the pastry and now we want to go back and try everything this cafe has to offer. “I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“
