“First time trying this place. Wife was in the mood for burritos but ended up getting the shrimp bowl which she loved with sweet chili sauce. I got the Silly Philly burrito with jalapeño and mango habanero sauce. Taste was excellent and plenty of beef.

My only gripe is how it was rolled. Not your typical tuck in the sides and roll but completely different to make a shorter fatter burrito. The sad part with this technique is that it makes for an inconsistent mashing of ingredients. When you bite into it, it’s not uniform and I got a whole bunch of rice first and in the end, all beef. I don’t know who came up with that style obviously never tried eating it or doesn’t care about consistency of a bite

My advice is ask for the traditional roll and you will have a much better tasting uniform burrito.“

“Been here a couple of times found this place to be the place for us, comfortable to enjoy a lunch, early dinner orjust some drinks and apps.The servers are the best we ever had, knowledgable and so friendly, the food is good, the menu is a little unchangable which to some is boring, nothing really new but what they do have is tasty to the palit,served justthe way you want it.Burgers are the best and veryfulfilling, we have theFajitas mostly all the time,their chicken is juicy no matter if you get it as tenders orhowever you like.Everthing else from soup to salad is fresh and tasty.Drinks from the bar and their non alcholic are great, nothing to shy away from made as you wish.We enjoy stopping by when we are in the area, for a good bite and friendly face!“

I am leaving this review because the lady who answered the phone was so very kind about it. “Loved their food. We would order once or twice a week. But recently they raised their prices and what cost me $27 every week. Today cost me $35.50 Over a year of lunches at $27. Why such a large price hike? We will miss the food. But won’t be eating any longer.“

“I tried a quick lunch at Surf Tacos in Manasquan. Cool place, clean with a beachy vibe and interior. Service was prompt, which is always good. I ordered the $15 plate with 2 tacos, chips, beans, rice, and a drink that is a substantial meal. Opted for a Mahi and a Surf (breaded cod) taco to mix it up. They have a nice salsa bar, and I tried a little of them all. Drink offers soda or a tea dispenser.
The Cod taco was heavily breaded and not very tasty. Salsa helped. The Mahi was blackened and offered plenty of taste. I'd order it again.
Overall, I was pleased with this taco combo as a lunch option. Service and restaurant were nice, I'll visit again.“
