“As much as it cost for blue claw crabs cleaned, not 100 % butter, and garlic you think the packaging would be better, lately they packaged a brown paper bag no plastic bag over the brown bag in presenting to you with leakage of butter at the bottom of bag which your car will smell like garlic with dripped butter. Appearance is the professional way for a good business, and Norman take criticism for improvement.“

“Me and my husband ate there last night and when I say I’ve been thinking about this food ever since it is so good. I’ve been looking for Korean fried chicken, but I don’t know how long and I found it. It’s crispy. It was hot and it was a great price. My husband had ordered some new chicken dish. He didn’t eat it. He liked my food so much better if you’re looking for good food and good service this is a place to go.“

“We love Bonefish Grill with and without our kids. I’m not a seafood fan, but love the bang bang shrimp and the Lily’s chicken is sooo good!! We went recently and service was exceptional and fast!! We’ll definitely be back!“

“Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“

“My husband took us here and said trust me.We got there and the menu was just all over the place; they had jerk chicken and even teriyaki I think, just so many things. I don't like places with so many options of different cuisines. I let him order. He ordered the seafood boil.
And omg(I just realized that's the name of the place!) but the seafood boil was absolutely AMAZING!! Everything was so tender and melt in your mouth. I'm super impressed! I think I want the same thing tomorrow!“

It was exactly the best of what you would expect - crisp lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and perfectly-cooked bacon strips cut into nicely-sized short sections (so much better than the bacon bits I feared I'd get). “Mt Laurel is not a hot bed for… anything… but Monterey Grill is THE silver lining in Mt Laurel. Chef Andrew and his kitchen staff have a group personality matches their menu to a “T”. It’s controlled chaos but the flavor profiles of every dish are enjoyable and it gives guests something different to enjoy every night. The waiting staff are all amazing; welcoming, fun, and professional. They know their menu like pros and they know their wine list equally as well. The regular bar tenders are GREAT and their smokey old fashions are next to none in the area.

Only feedback: Management could do a better job at livening up the atmosphere… there used to be live music all the time and now they only have live music on Fridays. There was recently a change in management, so I suspect that these unwanted changes came from ownership and the new upper management team to save money, but it’s been a big swing and an even bigger miss.

Locals have loved this spot for years. Hopefully ownership come to terms with their mistakes and decide to run it back because Monterey Grill was perfect the way it was for many years.

Don’t let it turn into a “chainy” feeling vibe like Harvest or Red Stone. People like restaurants that are boutique and different. Character is everything in the hospitality business and the staff at Monterey Grill already has that!

Management has a choice to make… hopefully they figure it out. I’ll always support this spot, if for nothing else because the staff deserves the support.“

“How on Earth have I missed this place? This was THE BEST Low Country Boil I've EVER HAD!!! I had Lobster🦞 Tail, a 1/2a lb of Shrimp 🍤, 1/2 lb of Clams, 2 pieces of Corn and 3 Red Potatoes for $35 bucks! They brought it out in a giant steamer ballooned bag with a bucket and gloves and a bib. It was steamed in garlic butter and old bay (they have other seasonings too) and EVERYTHING was tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned. This will be my new favorite spot. I'm so happy it's in Lumberton and I can give them all my money 💰 💰 💰!!!“

“Did some plumbing work for these guys with the previous company I worked for. Being that my wife and I had just moved to Riverside(late 2018), I had always wanted to try this place. Finally got around to it tonight and boy they definetly not disappoint. We ordered take out, food was delivered hot and fresh. Very flavorful, authentic and delicious. We have a 2 pizza spots, a Chinese spot, bar spot and now I have found my go to Mexican restaurant ?. Keep it up guys!!!“

Where to start… Trappixx is an amazing place to have a family dinner, date night, solo dinner etc. The Staff are amazing, friendly and on top of everything everything was a 10/10 best Jamaican food I’ve tasted ! GREAT EATS ! Recommend that garlic shrimp with the white rice ( mouth drooling ) lol but yeah definitely check them out !“

“The Whiting filled platter was very good. I added the sides of Mac and cheese and gravy and rice. I have to say the only thing I didnt love was the Collard greens. Anyone can make them, but not everyone can make them well. It needed a touch more seasoning and perhaps needed to cook longer and needed some of that pork flavoring mixed in. I will definitely be back for more of that fish, Mac and cheese and gravy and rice.“
