“Just wow! Having been to Taqueria Ramirez, I already knew the tacos at Carnitas Ramirez weren’t going to let me down. And they certainly didn’t! Every taco I had was outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the corn tortillas were top notch. There’s also a nice assortment of salsas and toppings at a DIY counter so you can dress them up however you like. Everyone was super friendly too. Absolutely worth the trip, and I can’t wait to return.“

“It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food. I have dietary restrictions, and I was surprised to see that everything from the exquisite tortillas to the delicious tres leches dessert was prepared right there, gluten-free and preservative-free. “I cannot sing the praises of this place and the staff enough! We had a long day at the museum and we were all starving and the kids were very cranky. We took forever trying to find a place that they would all find something to eat at but that place didn't work out so we came here not realizing how lucky we were. After having a quick glance at the menu I realized two of my children would probably not eat anything. Two of the ladies that work there helped us work it out to piece together a meal for them with components they already have. It took quite a while figuring everything out but they were patient and helpful. The food was outstanding and the cocktails and mocktails were phenomenal. I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular place for me. Highly recommend!“
