“Loved it! Guacamole with fried plantains was delicious. I had the steak with garlic shrimp, very good. My friends enjoyed their dishes too. Drinks were also great- I had the Cucumber Margarita with Don Julio & it was very refreshing on a hot summer day. Trendy atmosphere and cool murals. Service was wonderful- friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.“

“Food was mad dope, got a chorizo burrito that made me see god. You will leave fed and happy. The waitress was very nice and helpful with giving recommendations for dinner and I definitely do not know her but I think her name was Joanna pic related: this was my face after eating the burrito followed by a quinoa bowl“

We went there on a Saturday night and tried six different type of meats, all flavorful and melting in the mouth, with a special mention for the crispy pork belly. “We had an incredible meal here. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was very enjoyable. The space was decorated in a very fun and festive way which makes it a little bit of an escape from the city. The ribeye tacos were delicious and were half off because of the Friday special. The plantains are also a must have side. They have frozen margaritas in rotating flavors and the mago one was delicious. We ended the meal with some churros and dipping sauces and left full and happy.“

After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“I cannot sing the praises of this place and the staff enough! We had a long day at the museum and we were all starving and the kids were very cranky. We took forever trying to find a place that they would all find something to eat at but that place didn't work out so we came here not realizing how lucky we were. After having a quick glance at the menu I realized two of my children would probably not eat anything. Two of the ladies that work there helped us work it out to piece together a meal for them with components they already have. It took quite a while figuring everything out but they were patient and helpful. The food was outstanding and the cocktails and mocktails were phenomenal. I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular place for me. Highly recommend!“

“Great Maxican restaurant in lower east side. Friendly service, busy. Large portions for us Europeans. Had the spicy prawn sliders which was like a large prawn roll in a spicy tomato soup. Too much bread for me. Then had fish tacos ( both were starter courses). Too much for me but excellent. Nice cocktails too“

Everything else starts to taste the same lol although very delicious. They’re all very citrus based and the seasonings taste similar.

Parking nearby is practically impossible so we took the F train to 2nd Ave. Would come back for happy hour on a weekday when it's less crowded.“

The service was excellent and it was the best mexican food we have ever had hands down! Recommend the Corn Husk Meringue for dessert. Also had a fantastic mezcal margarita (X2).
