“They honored an order I made several hours ago during my lunch break. I had made a mistake and ordered online to this location instead of the one near my workplace. The online support was of no help. I had to place a new order at the new location for them to refund my order for the old location. Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait for a new order and insisted on getting a refund, but to no avail. The support team suggested that my order would be there all day. So I went after work. They did not have my order there unfortunately, but the employees asked the manager and they honored my order after giving them the confirmation number to my order. Thank you!“

“It was a surprise to find this little restaurant in Harlem. There were no tables, and we took the last two seats at the bar. While we waited, I surprisingly felt at home. The aroma of the food, the care with which Karina prepared each of the dishes, and the kindness and joy they served us. By the time our table was ready, we didn't want to take it anymore; we ate much more than we planned to order because we didn't want to miss out on their delicious food. I have dietary restrictions, and I was surprised to see that everything from the exquisite tortillas to the delicious tres leches dessert was prepared right there, gluten-free and preservative-free. I hope to return soon.“

“We had an incredible meal here. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was very enjoyable. The space was decorated in a very fun and festive way which makes it a little bit of an escape from the city. The ribeye tacos were delicious and were half off because of the Friday special. The plantains are also a must have side. They have frozen margaritas in rotating flavors and the mago one was delicious. We ended the meal with some churros and dipping sauces and left full and happy.“

After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“We were in the area and got a 6:30pm reservation 30 mins in advance on Open Table. Despite being a last-minute reservation and being dressed on the casual side, the hostess greeted us like we were her favorite customers! Cocktails were interesting, nuanced and delicious. They were well-priced for the quality. The house- made tortilla chips were outstanding, and paired with the guacamole with black garlic and mango salsa- yummmmm. Amazing. I had hamachi tacos on blue corn tortillas. The fish was perfectly cooked, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavors fresh and delightful. Portion size was just right. This was the last restaurant meal of our NYC trip and it was an unexpected gem. Try it. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Some of the most IMPRESSIVE service and food I have ever experienced. My girlfriend and I ordered the Burrata and Churros with some drinks. First of all, I've made burrata at home for years, its one of my favorite dishes, but THIS BURRATA CHANGED MY ENTIRE LIFE (Churros too). I have never experienced such a wonderful palate of flavors from burrata before. Laisha, the server, was extremely friendly and informative of the menu as well as considerate of any allergies we may have. Please visit this place!!“

The service was excellent and it was the best mexican food we have ever had hands down! Recommend the Corn Husk Meringue for dessert. Also had a fantastic mezcal margarita (X2). “I cannot sing the praises of this place and the staff enough! We had a long day at the museum and we were all starving and the kids were very cranky. We took forever trying to find a place that they would all find something to eat at but that place didn't work out so we came here not realizing how lucky we were. After having a quick glance at the menu I realized two of my children would probably not eat anything. Two of the ladies that work there helped us work it out to piece together a meal for them with components they already have. It took quite a while figuring everything out but they were patient and helpful. The food was outstanding and the cocktails and mocktails were phenomenal. I wish I lived closer because this would be a regular place for me. Highly recommend!“

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Franco took great care of us throughout our visit—he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The hostess Lorena was also incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere, the food, and the customer service were all exceptional. Chicken burritos are also delish, I personally avoid the California burrito because I feel it’s too salty.“
