I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. “I recently visited Gong Cha and had a great experience! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like them. I ordered a milk tea with boba, and the pearls were perfectly chewy—not too hard or too soft. They also have a lot of options to customize your drink, like sugar level and ice, which I really appreciate.

The staff especially Yini was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready pretty quickly.
Everything was clean and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere.

“1st time ordering from here. We tried the Cobb Salad to go. Owner ran out of Blue Cheese but asked if we wanted an alternate cheese. Was still delicious! Very fresh and tasty! Portion size was good. Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. I recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.“

“Bubble teas here are the best. Bubbles are always fresh. The owner(s) are super kind. They made sure customers are happy with the amount of bubbles. Every weekend while we are in town, we would ask my son to drive 30 minutes (one way)

The server recommended a lovely creme brûlée milk tea that was out of this world delicious and might be a new favorite she even recommended less sugar because it was already sweet and honestly she made the experience so great. We loved our drink and her recommendation. We’ll be back for sure!“

The pho soup is hearty and filling, but I wish they had more topping options like bok choy or some vegetable. “My experience was interesting. Placed my order and noticed my 2 drinks were not out yet. So I looked at my receipt to look at my order number. This entire time 4 teens look like they are waiting for their order, except 2 of them had their drinks. As one of them turned, I saw that was my order number. So I approached them and told them they are drinking my order. The boy said in Spanish all orders are the same shit. I responded and said my drink has lychee which I paid for extra. So I went to the staff member and she kindly redid my order. It took time because its a busy time of the day. Upon leaving I did address the teens telling them that is considered stealing, hence they never ordered a drink only the two other teens when I saw them get theirs. I was loud because I wanted them to be called out on what they did, that was wrong. Also said if they didn't have money, they could have asked because im a mom that has raised my adult children to do right. I don't have any problem with my order or service, the staff helped. My message is to the owner to have the drinks behind the counter as the numbers are called and to show receipt especially from teens.“
