“I am so extremely happy as I found my mei fun noodle I've been looking for. I used to (back on 2016) work near by this place and my coworkers had always ordered mei fun (thin rice noodle) from this place. As I moved job at 2018, I forgot where to get the same exact thing that I've tried from when I was working near by this chinese restaurant, I went to so many chinese restaurant around woodbridge/ edison to look for the exact thing but their mei fun noodle are so different compared to this (both the look and the taste). how I found this place again? I've never been here in person as in the past my coworkers ordered by phone and had them delivered to work. I tried to google chinese restaurant near carteret and found the singapore noodle pic on this website and give it a try to come try it in person. because from the look, it's just like what I want. the very very thin rice noodle (vermicelli). came to know that this place was the one where my friends ordered from! i'm so happy. will be back for my rice noodle again :))“

“I recently tried the Chicken Lo Mein with Pork Fried Rice at Lin's, and it was fantastic! The Lo Mein noodles were perfectly cooked, with tender chicken and a great blend of vegetables. The Pork Fried Rice was flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning and tender pork pieces. Both dishes were fresh, tasty, and incredibly satisfying. “This is hands down the best restaurant in NJ right now. The 8 course tasting menu is phenomenal, each dish balanced with unique flavors and texture, and beautiful plated. Our server explained each dish in detail, was extremely knowledgeable of the ingredients and dishes, and very friendly. He consistently topped off our drinks as needed and meticulously provided a new place setting for each course. The ambiance was very relaxing as we sat on the 2nd floor, with beautiful hip, modern decor. I was particularly intrigued by the faucet in the bathroom which was very unique. The overall attention to detail from the concept and design to the food and service is what sets it apart. Fine dining at its best with a relaxed atmosphere that easily compares to a Michelin star restaurant.

The rice is very different from other Chinese restaurants, and is probably the one thing I would change. “Today and day before yesterday I went to this restaurant. They are making Asian food I think it’s Chinese. First day I did Oder beef noodles. It was amazing. And I ask chili oil. They gave me one it’s super amazing. That’s why I went today. Guy who working front it’s not helping. But he can mange the job. And he try to help. Today my lunch was pot cooking rice. We can choose two meats. I got beef and chicken. It’s coming with side of soya sauce. And I asked that chili oil again, it was delicious. Before that for appetizer I bought hot buttered prawns dish. By well-made I mean you're NOT going to receive food that's drowned in grease, or all mushy like it's been sitting in a steam table for hours.They have a great selection of different styles. “Casual take out Chinese with poor parking and a storefront that shows its time. Food preparation was quick. Food is fresh and delicious. My order is general tso chicken. As show in the attached photos, the chicken fills up the side of the container and is not layered over rice like some places do to cut costs. The portion is generous and I'm sure they just barely closed the lid. The chicken is cooked perfectly, lightly battered, fried to a crispy exterior and moist interior, I'm guessing dark meat which I prefer anyway. The sauce is tasty in this americanized version. The broccoli is fresh and healthy and steamed perfectly. The fried rice is excellent with pork, bean sprouts, green onions, and yellow onions. This rice was cooked expertly with wok hei, which is char, giving the rice a undertone of smoke. I'd pair this rice against that of upscale restaurants. Pork in the rice is abundant. Exerything in this order was fresh and cooked perfectly. My one negative is that general tso is supposed to have szechaun peppers and have heat, but this was sweet which is on par for most americanized Chinese eateries in the tri state area. As a visitor, I'm saddened I don't live closer to here as I would visit frequently. I do cook Chinese cuisine at home and can appreciate the technique and flavor in this order.Overall, excellent!
