“I am so extremely happy as I found my mei fun noodle I've been looking for. I used to (back on 2016) work near by this place and my coworkers had always ordered mei fun (thin rice noodle) from this place. As I moved job at 2018, I forgot where to get the same exact thing that I've tried from when I was working near by this chinese restaurant, I went to so many chinese restaurant around woodbridge/ edison to look for the exact thing but their mei fun noodle are so different compared to this (both the look and the taste). how I found this place again? I've never been here in person as in the past my coworkers ordered by phone and had them delivered to work. I tried to google chinese restaurant near carteret and found the singapore noodle pic on this website and give it a try to come try it in person. because from the look, it's just like what I want. the very very thin rice noodle (vermicelli). came to know that this place was the one where my friends ordered from! i'm so happy. will be back for my rice noodle again :))“

“Had only gotten take out from here, rice rolls and fruit teas before coming tonight. I'm so glad we decided to eat in. The portions were big enough to share, great value for the money. The service was friendly and professional, our server was such a nice guy.

Food was hot and fresh, we got more traditional dishes but there are things like sweet &sour and Kung pao chicken and soups you'd recognize from any Chinese-American spot.

Looks like most of their business is take or or on-line orders but they have a clean, spacious dining room. Worth it to sit in and enjoy but remember good food takes time :^)“

The chef seemed skilled and I must say the vegetables in both dishes (vegetable fried rice and lo mein) were fresh and full is flavor. The chicken wings were fried nicely and hard as we requested. “My husband and I went to SIU Kitchen for the first time today. The food is excellent. We had their Coconut Chicken broth for our hotpot, (as I don’t like spicy foods), which was delicious. We also ordered some shrimp for the hotpot, which were HUGE, and tasted very fresh. There is also free parking behind the restaurant which is an additional plus. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

The sushi was super fresh and they had lots of menu items that were very unique like the dinosaur egg(fried lobster with layers of avocado on top). The dumplings were outstanding. “The only negative I have (and it’s a big one and has happened 4-5 times now), I order no onion in my pepper steak and they add a $2 extra meat fee. I didn’t ask for extra meat to compensate for lack of veggies , and I don’t like it added without it being acknowledged or even approved/denied.. really not okay with that decision being made without my knowledge of it and will say something next time..

However when it comes to the food? Do it. Our usual orders are a some kind of mix of chicken&broccoli, pepper steak, boneless ribs, sesame chicken, fried wontons… everything has been great every time. One of the “better “ meats when it comes to both the chicken and the beef.. delivery is uncomfortably fast at times lol. Prices are average to anywhere else around here but the portions are great. I got the Kimchi burger and it was a very good size.
They cook it to perfection exactly as you request it.
Fries were good.
