“The Geno's Steak Philly Sandwich is ridiculous. My wife had to fight me for a bite. My son ordered the Detroit pizza which surprisingly was still hot very hot when we got it and was one of the better pizza's I have had...and I have had many.“
“I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. I timed the delivery to make sure it would arrive by dinner, and when I opened the box and saw a regular red sauce pizza instead, I was heartbroken. Mistakes happen — I get that. What made this worse was how it was handled when I called the restaurant. A young woman who answered the phone was kind and apologetic, and I appreciated that. But after holding for over six minutes, I was passed to someone who immediately accused me of placing the order wrong. I had already double-checked my Grubhub receipt before calling — the order was placed correctly. I even had a screenshot as proof. When I was passed to the manager, I expected a little more compassion and accountability. Instead, I was met with indifference and more blame. I offered to send a screenshot to show the order was right on my end, but the manager refused to look at it and stood by their claim that I was the one at fault. Ironically, the first woman I spoke with had mentioned it looked like a system issue on their end — which made the gaslighting from management all the more frustrating. To be clear, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. When your child has very limited safe foods, and you make an intentional effort to get the one thing they will eat — only to have it messed up and then be blamed for it — that’s a big deal. The mistake was frustrating. The lack of accountability and empathy? Even worse. I’m incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and hope Santucci’s reflects on how to better support customers, especially when mistakes are made“

“I would like to applaud Ioannis for his helpfulness yesterday. He is a true example of an employee that tries to go the extra mile for patrons. However, I would like to give an F to the hostesses working on the same shift at 5pm. They need training on this thing called hospitality. We got there and requested a booth. We were told we would have to wait approximately 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we were escorted to be seated and they tried to give us a table. We stated again that we wanted a booth and we saw one that was available but needed cleaning. Ioannis was kind enough to try to go clean the table and was quickly told by the hostesses that he could not do that. Then they proceeded to inform us that we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes. We asked to speak with a manager that ultimately had the same booth we inquired about cleaned for us to sit down. We wanted to acknowledge the kindness Ioannis displayed A++++ for him and because of him we would return. Other than that debacle in the beginning the food was good.“

“Purchased a Pizza from here for the first time and it was delicious. Pizza was hot just the way I like it semi sweet sauce and toasted enough to hold in your hand and not flop over. Fries could have had more cheese but other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely be visiting again.“

“I don't know where to start with this place. The food was such great quality. The restrau t was so clean you could littererly eat off the floor. The food was well worth the money. I ordered a large pie with extra cheese and the wings. It wasn't greasy at all. Their food is quality. The lady who took my order was very friendly as well. I wish they had a location closer to me.

“Ordered cheese fries and when my husband picked it up, we realized the cheese was not in the bag. Romanza’s called within minutes of my husband getting home insisting that they would drop off the cheese cup. They were at our house in under 5 minutes. Always amazing service and delicious food, but this time deserved a review (my husband has been coming here for almost 20 years). Customers for life!“

“This was my second time at this restaurant. The pizzas are absolutely wonderful!! They are full of flavor and half of the individual size, comes home with us!
Pizza suggestions: Funghi Mista, The Miami and The Sailor, at least for now. We had the long hots tonight, and they were so flavorful, hot and mild, perfect! We will be going back for sure!
Oh, our server, Aubrey, soooo helpful, (my husband had alot of questions), attentive to us too, real sweet!

“Me and my son always liked Seasons in Aston and then we moved back to Philly and their aren't any in Philly so I decided to do a google search and found 1 in Cherry Hill. Only a 15-20 minute ride and we couldn't be happier. Always love the pan pizza 2 toppings special. Their pan pizza is the best!“

“I have had perhaps 6 to 8 important family gatherings/parties at Amici in the last five years, and it just gets better and better. Tonight we had an anniversary dinner and it couldn’t have gone better. They know how important service is to their clients and it is their number one priority with a close second being there incredible food, which is always so impressive. Thank you to the talented owners, managers, servers and also Halle at the front, who truly makes everyone feel welcome and served and happy. This is the Cherry Hill place to go when you want the meal to be perfect and the service to be Top notch! Thank you Amici for your focus on every detail.“
